Spring and Chaos

I think ths would be a rather unnoticed Anime. But I just purchased it with not much word on it. I saw it's trailer on the Saint Tail dvd that I recently purchased. While personally I can't say Animals walking around like people works for me, Something about this anime just seems like it's going to be excellent.

So has anyone here seen it or even heard of it?

I saw the trailer also. The art seems intriguing. I have no idea what the plot is, so tell us if it's good.

Well I have finally finished watching it. My overall opinion is positive. But the ending of it really comes unexpected and will probably have most who view it asking is that it?

If You dig a little deeper... it really doesn't sound like a happy truly happy ending.

The main character Kenji Based on a famouse Poet from Japan that even with such misery around him, could still find insperation, and still drawl happy pictures, write happy poetry and stories.


There is some insperation in his story, and I think some of his things were well said.
Like the part of treating everyone as if they were your brother, or your father or even your son or daughter.

There are some parts in it that I dunno. It "hints" at a homosexual relashionship.. It doesn't SAY that was the case or fact or true or anything! It's more passed around as a little Joke, and you can probably see the two as just being really really good close friends (there's no kissing or hugging or saying I love you, the idea of the two being in loved is like I said passed on as a joke by what seems to be Kenji's girlfriend, the two guys just spend a whole lot of time with each other). It is in no way really confirmed.


Hmmm overall I give it a 7/10, WITH that. I DO! Recommend this Anime.
But I really can't give it more because well...... It just end's with that, Is that it? sorta feeling... I can't get over it.

[spoiler=Kenji's story]If you really look at Kenji's story it really wasn't a happy ending, He wasn't truly discovered untill after his death in his late 30's. With all the bad people that bad mouthed him, and all thoughs that turned there back on him. He Never got to show them, that he wasn't just some loser. But it's nice to know this guy could always find his insperation to put on a positive face.[/spoiler]

I think there is probably only one Issue I probably should say, of course I think it's an issue that might have alot of people not given it, it's chance.

Anyways IN real life Kenji was a buddist. This isn't really really expressed at all in this movie, but it's not like it really denies it either.

But of course if you go looking for Anime that only shows proper christian faith. You probably shouldn't be in an Anime board.

As I said It's in my opinion only lightly touched in this anime, and probably most wouldn't even pay attention to it.

It does have some christian morals in the end as to taken the hard path instead of the easy path.
