If I was an absolute stick, I'd look a little like Anthy from Revolutionary Girl Utena. Just need to dye my hair, get oversized frames, and a red dot in the middle of my forehead.
Don't look like any of the black anime women out there. Or at least none of the ones I've seen. I don't have an afro (or otherwise puffy hair) or look stereotypically black.

My friends said I looked frighteningly like Heimdall in my Heimdall cosplay...but I don't wear my hair like that. So I guess the closest match would be Jade from Apocripha/0. Kinda scary that the two anime characters people tell me I look like happen to both be guys.

Anyways, I look kind of like Hikaru from Hikaru no Go, but I don't have highlights, and if he were real, I'd probably be a bit taller than him, as he is now in US Shonen Jump. (I'm 5'6" with shoes! ^^)

I look a little like (and act and think and talk exactly like...) Katsushirou (from Samurai 7) and Sasuke (from Naruto). Except I'm not such a pretty-boy. Or MAD FANGIRL BAIT. OK, so maybe I don't look too much like either... but I swear I think EXACTLY like Katsushirou.

besides the different hair color, people say i kinda look a lot like Mr. Onizuka from Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO). I use him for my Avatar as well.

Azumanga's Osaka! No joke... she's is like my double (and I usually carry a dumb-founded expression so doubles me in personality too!) Only thing is, I don't have any bangs and it's rare to find an anime character that doesn't, so she's still closets (only when my hair's straight).

That’s who I was going to say! Eikichi Onizuka. Though my life isn’t quite like his, I think he is the Anime character that I most closely resemble.
Simmilarities:
I have blond hair (not dyed though)
My hair looks just like his when I don’t spike it up. (Though I do have a larger forehead
)
I have dark eyebrows just like Eikichi
My face is more oval shaped then round.
I’ve got some good sized ears.

Well I'm actually struggling to find one. Normally I'd immediately throw up any pic of Ryu from SF2, though I can't claim the oversized, super-cut body. The face and hair normally match up nicely. Recently though my hair has been taking over, preventing me from cutting it and now it's way too long for a Ryu pic.
