I love Sonic, but I not really the new shows they have out.
I've only seen a handful, and I don't remember the names of them.

Who is shadow? There must be some new characters in the show then.
I've always liked Tails, so he's prolly my favorite character besides Sonic.

Have you seen Sonic Underground? I've seen one episode, but honestly, I'd rather watch Sonic X. Sonic Underground seems like it was made for lil' kids.

I moved this thread to the Anime forum, because that is where it belongs.

Personally, I have very little opinion about Sonic X. I don't really like Sonic (the character), though they do have Knuckles and eventually Shadow. But there is basically no fight coreography, and I do not believe the series is targeted at the audiance I am a part of.

Yeah, since it's on Saturday mornings only, I think it's supposed to be for younger youth. um, anyway, I don't know anything about Sonic adventure 2. Is it a game? I could never keep up w/ the Sonic games, although I wanted to.

I've played a Sonic game for GBA and I did like that one.
My favorite Sonic game I've played is for Sega--Sonic Pinball. I've only beaten it once because the last level is annoying and confusing, so I don't really like it. Plus, the Sega is so old it doesn't work as well as it used to.

Hmm...I dunno. Sonic X just isn't as good as the old SatAM show...I have a hard time liking it. ^^; I'm a fan of Sonic, though, so I watch it sometimes.

Amy is in Sonic X right? I prefer seeing animals go with their own species--um, Sally is a fox while Sonic's a hedgehog. I don't see that working out. lol.

All of them walk upright, only some of them wear clothes. Knuckles wears gloves and shoes. I'm not going to call any of them species at all...

I've seen most of the episodes up to where they got all 7 chaos emeralds, but I stopped watching it after that for some strange reason. I like Knuckles and Rouge or whatever the bat's name is.

The terrifying moldy bread incident! In elementary school, Yomi's leftover bread started rotting inside her desk! you can't imagine what happened! Not only that, but the mold had a will of its own, it was terrible! Barricading ourselves in the science prep room, we used spirit lamps and engaged in combat! Then I realized it!! If we only had the bottle of mildew remover from the bathroom, we could destroy them!!

Hm, now that I think of it, Sally might just be a chipmunk since she don't got a bushy tail.

Sally's part chipmunk, part squirrel. But yeah, people think she's a fox all the time. xD
I grew up on SatAM, so...I have a hard time letting go of my Sally/Sonic fangirlness. Sally's my favorite character in any Sonic universe besides Tails, too...soo....XD

Yay, another fan. I literally have the entire raw Japanese version on DVD. (NON-BOOTLEG - Mine is the real thing)

I personally enjoyed it quite a bit, it being the closest animated series to the games and all that. My favorite episode to date was the Budokai spoof. I was laughing so hard my insides started to hurt.

One thing I really enjoyed, being a big Sonic fan, was the great character development was far better than the games, in which, unfortunately, it seems the characters are starting to get more two-dimensional per game. Sega is really not using these characters too their full potential. The anime accomlished a whole lot more with their personalities in the runtime of a year than Sega has recently done in the last FIVE YEARS.

Assuming we're specifically talking about the Japanese version. The dub annoyed me. I watched five minutes before shutting it off and popping in one of my DVD's to watch the real thing. I'm pretty unhappy about them completely deleting the original BGM, which were easily some of my favorite anime BGM's to date. The dialogue in the Japanese version was funny and snappy with almost excellent comedic timing while the US dialogue is not well translated and corny at times. Not to mention the traditional 'dumbing down' common in this genre of anime.

The French dub was worse though. Chris was voiced by a FULL GROWN MAN. o_O

The ending was right on the mark, probably right up their among the best anime endings to date.

It's true that in certain aspects it could have been better, but it was still a fun, enjoyable series, provided you're not seeing it on the FoxBox.

Foxbox should be completely eliminated off the face of the planet. :shady:

 Okay, that's only my opinion.

Yikes! Chris' sounding like a man at, how old is he? like 10?
