I loved the manga, it's my favorite series out! I have to say the best thing about it is the characters.

And I'm really happy with the anime and how it doesn't stray off from the manga. *has bad flashbacks to DN Angel*. The anime draws the fighting out a bit much, but it's still great!

As most people here, I've read through 227 in the manga. I am up to date in the American Shonen Jump. Regarding episodes, I am only through 28. Bittorrent really doesn't work well when you use numerous terminals.

Since the anime is only in Japan, and I don't have money for DVD's, I read the American Shonen Jump...and some spoilers. ^.^;

So rephrasing that, I've really only seen the up to the beginning of the Chuunin exams.

Naruto...the only anime I download and only specific episodes....mainly episode 1, 17, 18, and 19.

I like Naruto later on but the only part of Naruto I care for really is the Zabuza and Haku saga. I'm just not that intreste din downloading the later episodes cause my computer is full as it is

Manga wize I love it and cant wait to read more of it. I'm at where the Chunnin Exam is about to begin.

I've watched all and read all of the Naruto anime/manga. I do get Shonen Jump (mostly for One Piece and Shaman King now...) but I refuse to buy the Naruto Graphic Novels.

I'm simply appalled by how terribly Viz has translated Naruto. In a word: butchered

Really? I haven't thought they did that bad of a job, as of yet. Some things have been a bit awkward, but they've done a lot better than many of the translators I've seen.

I havn't missed a single beat with the naruto translation...maybe cause i havn't been preoccupied with such things. Doesn't bother me at all.

My favroite character would have to be.... Haku
and then Zabuza
followed by Kakashi and then lastly Shino.

I also like Gaara, Kankuro, Ten Ten, Rock Lee, Hinata, and Iruka. and of course Im a fan of Naruto and Sakura. Not a big fan of Sasuke. He's cool an dall but (much like Orlando Bloom) all the girls like him.

But my favorite characters would be Sakura, Kakashi, Naruto, and Shikimaru. In no particular order.

Really I love all of them. Sasuke and Naji are are the low levels of my list but I really don't mind them.

I don't like Sasuke much. One reason is a lot like Hitokiri's: lots of girls like him. He kind of seems like a fad, you know. Just like almost every DBZ fan's favorite character is either Goku or Gohan. It kinda makes me mad. Sometimes I just like it when people are original. Another reason I don't like Sasuke much is because he's mean and unfriendly. He's just not very likeable to me. And the most shallow reason I don't like him is becasue he takes fans away from Kakashi-sensei! ^.^;

Most of the people I know don't really like him because he does nothing but brood.

Kakashi has tons of fans though. But for the obvious reason of being cool.

well then i got news for you... sorry. But episode97 strays off the manga. Either it's just filler, or it's totally straying off. I hope it's just filler though, cause the episode was totally pointless

I completely agree. 'doppelganger', indeed. who wants to see 'doppelganger' but not 'kage bushin' or even 'shadow clone'? whenever I see that I think of spider-man.

and they made Sakura sound like some kinda... two-bit hussy, I guess. but I digress. the manga is worth the money regardless.

Well, Sakura really stops doing much after the first (and a half) Chuunin test. She was good for the first four or five volumes. But... then we get to know Hinata (so great ^^) and some of the other female Ninja and she seems mediocre at best. Favorite male charecter is Shikamaru cause he doesn't care. Rock-Lee has grown on me, but he's not at the coolness level of "How troublesome.."

If you could have any and I mean any attack/technique/justu from naruto, what would it be?

Mine might either be the Demon Ice Walls of Haku's or the one water dragopn justsu of Zabuzas. I'd also like to have Shino's bug justsus

I think having Chidori would be cool. Or even some kinda basic ones like Kage Bushin no Jutsu or Kawarimi no Jutsu. That would be cool to me.

Sakura isn't the best but I wouldn't call her mediocre. She's just an average ninja. Anyway, I like how her character develops more than her fighting style.

Temari is cool, and I do *heart* Rock Lee. I also find Gai-sensei to be the funniest character I've ever seen.

If you could have any and I mean any attack/technique/justu from naruto, what would it be?

I like the Hyuuga eyes.
