I liiiiiiiiiiiike Saiyuki manga, but I don't like the anime, neither of them (Gensoumaden or Reload. I know nothing about Saiyuki Reload Gunlock). ^___^

Wait...so is Saiyuki Reload Gunlock different than Saiyuki RELOAD? . . .so there's Saiyuki, Gensoumaden Saiyuki, Saiyuki Reload, and Saiyuki Reload Gunlock? aah, I'm so confused...@_@

Gunlock's just what they call what's going on right now. It's just a continuation/extra arc as far as I know. Saiyuki is the general name for the series, but I think Gensoumaden Saiyuki is the full name. Saiyuki Reload is the extra bunch of episodes that finished earlier this year.

Also, even if you didn't ask, Saiyuki Gaiden is made of the stories of the main characters' preincarnations (not counting Goku, who was actually around as he is now back then.)

I'm not sure if this information is accurate but I did hear that both the anime and manga are supposed to be ending this fall in Japan.

As far as I knew, at least one (the anime or the manga) was complete. That is, I once saw what was supposed to be a complete summary in a relatively reputable anime magazine. However, I could have misread, or the information could have been incorrect.
