A Zelda fic and I want input please

Postby Hitokiri » Fri Jun 11, 2004 9:38 am

K Im writing a Legend of Zelda fan fic. I've ahd this idea in my head for a year now and I would like to transform it into a fan fic.

I'll give you guys the storyline of it and then if you want put input into it (critique. questions, comments, ideas, etc):

The story is based around a teenager name Link. Hyrule is at peace and thier has been no evil sourcers, monsters, or evil kings assailin ghte kingdom for quite while. Young Link lusts for battle and to fight and is tired of this peace. Bieng a orphan and livivng with his aunt and uncle, he sometimes feels like a burden to them. His parents lost thier lives protecting the kingdom from a horde of monsters attcking the kingdom when he was only 3 days old.

A bigger secret lies within Link though, he is from a family lineage that goes back to the Legendary Hero of Time. The sons that are from this bloodline are to be named Link. Link particulary doesn't care bout his lineage.

After going to be done night, wishing somethign would happen, he bargained more then he would handle. Waking up, he discovers he's in a different room and thiers a blonde hair girl in a very exquisuite looking outfit, sitting beside his bed.

This girl is Princess Zelda and she has summoned him here for her Kingdom Aeris is being attacked by a renegade Knight named Dount Drakar. Thnking that this Link is the Legendary Hero of Time, she asks him to help dree ehr kingdom. After trying to tell ehr he is not that Link, he agrees to help her.

Unknowingly to him though that this world is much different then Hyrule. He soons disovers that islands are being suspended in mid air! You're high up in the sky and in order to get to places you must use a Air Rider, a boat of sorts that uses the winds current to propel t's fan. Thier is a Legendary Tool that can control; these drafts called the Fan of the Gods. It helps control the mighty air currents.

Also you find out of the many races inhabiting this world and they are all bieng attacked.

The Ragoraks holds a treasure called Dins Pearl. The Ragoraks are a war-like reptilian race that loves to fight. Though they are becoming more peaceful. They are bieng assailed by a monster that might destroy thier island. They can't get to the monster cause he's deep within the volcano and they can't hanlde warm temperatures very well.

The Huugos hold a treasure called Nayru's Pearl. The Huggos are a large-ape like race that are covered in white fur. They live in arctic conditions. From thier reports, thier Lord GihGala has become possessed and is attacking his people.

The Tiplias hold a treasure called Faore's Pearl. The Tiplias is a arce of msall planet like creatures with flowers on thier heads. A evil creature is guarding thier ancient shrine where the young ones recieve thier petals and if they cna't get there. Then thier race might die off.

The Fagronats is a race of wierd creatures. Hooded all the time and always have a red circle in the openeing of thier hood. It is rumored that they havea treasure called the Fagronat Artifact. They live on a desert island.

The Pirates is a race of isolated humans. They prefer the water over air. Deep in the waters of thier island lies a treasure called the Pirates Emblem. They are peaceful yet hostile to foreigners andvisistors to thier sea island.

The Maka is a arce of dark, mysterious biengs. Having long arms and necks and always wearing a mask. They also have no feet, they move by floating around. They hold a treasure that they worship called the Maka Skull. They are shy biengs yet friendly.

I havn't named the island syet. Much like the Temples in the previous games, now thiers shrines. Here's the listing for that:

Shrine of Flames
Shrine of Ice
Shrine of Caverns
Shrine of Sand
Shrine of Waves
Shrine of Darkness

After Link finds all the Pearls and the Treasures that help power these Pearls, Link must go to these shrines.

I'll post stuff later, if you fuys have any comments or what not, please tell me.

It would depend entirely upon the quality of the story. At the moment it feels extremely much like a game, which can be tricky to work with. Perhaps I could give more extensive commentary later, at the moment I must leave.

well basically...this story did come off from a agme i was working on for it. i tend to write out game storylines and draw up stuff on it . This was intended to be a sequel of Wind Waker but soon i forgot about it until now.

thats why it does seem very gammish and still is. Not until I convert into a fan fic. I just want any thoughts or at all. Chnage some stuff.

I will be written up like it's almost a players guide. Go through Link's adventure, descfibing what item he got, bosses, enemies, etc.
