I am very sure that one of these anime does not belong.

Does not belong in the competition, or is ilegible, or just definitley does not belong in the ranks of these titles?

If the latter, I know Eyeshield 21 isn't exactly one of the best, but its one I think is good IMHO.

There are some good titles in this group, but none of them are as good as Welcome to the NHK! IMO.
