=Berenike and Eulalia=
Berenike had just made it to the battle when she noticed two figures in the distance that were surrounded by a circle of black flames. She quinted. Then gasped. A demon is attacking Reika! She thought with panic before taking off and soaring to the scene. She commanded water from a nearby underground stream to rush out of the ground and soak the black flames, flying over to Reika and standing protectively in front of her.
"Stay away, demon!" Berenike snarled, the water from the soaked ground rising again and taking the shape of a large snake. Eulalia smirked.
"Water can't do a thing to me, 'Nike," Eulalia sneered. Berenike gasped, her heart fluttering with shock. She knew that voice, that nickname, and upon seeing the face shape, the stature, and the blood-red hair, it was now plain to Berenike that this was Eulalia.
"Eu... Eulalia...? What have they done to you?!" Berenike shrieked. Eulalia's eye color was gone, as her pupils were too dilated, her skin was much paler, and she was sporting a pair of leathery wings. "Y-you're a... a..."
"A demon?" Eulalia finished with a smirk. "Yes, I am. I'm in the process of achieving my goal, you see. This is the first step to--"
"Shut up!" Berenike yelled at Eulalia. "No more! Eulalia, you... you don't know what you've done! You--"
"Silence, 'Nike! I've waited long enough. I'm finally achieving the power and status that I've had the right to since birth!" Black flames engulfed Eulalia and she grinned maniacally.
She couldn't possibly know about her parents... could she? Berenike thought. No, no. No one's ever told her as far as I know. Berenike spread her wings out in a manner to protect Reika. "Eulalia, I love you; you were like my own. But I'm afraid I cannot allow you to do this to the Resistance. Joanne and her family did nothing but good for you, and yet you've let greed overcome you."
"This isn't greed; it's obtaining what's rightfully mine!" Eulalia yelled before rushing at Berenike, whips of black flames gripped firmly in her hands.
=Chrysanthe=
Chrysanthe heard fast-paced footsteps and she gasped and sighed with relief when she Len. She smiled and turned to Shiro. "I'm glad one of us still has contact with a dragon, much less a friend," she said with relief. She then heard someone else approaching them. Perhaps another friend? Hopefully... Or it oculd be a foe. Chrysanthe thought, pulling out a kunai just incase.
=Aristocles=
Aristocles flew down the halls at lightning speed. The Resistance is here. No doubt they've tried to help Shiro and Chrysanthe escape. Aristocles thought with a growl. He then smirked. No matter. I am an expert in dark magic. It will simply be annoying to have to stop a bunch of annoying brats; but that's what my hypnotism spell is for. Aristocles, thought, referring to Chrysanthe, not knowing that Chrysanthe was now protected from his evil influences.
