Whaddya you all think of Gundam Seed? More importantly, how do you think it compares to the other Gundam shows, etc? Anyone have a review on it?

ehhh...its so-so..My personal view. I would rather watch another Gundam like Wing, G, or 8th MS Team (th eonly ones I seen).

To be painfully honest, I tried watching it, got bored of it.

Gundam SEED is pretty cool. What really got me hooked was the first episode, and then I was like............ Well actually I didn't say anything, I just drooled like a mindless zombie in front of the television. The episodes are pretty boring until about the last 5 minutes usually, but then now and then there's a big fight!@!!< ROK ON!!) No, quality-wise, I don't think G-SEED is better than Gundam Wing, or 0080/83. G-SEED seems more comtemporary and not as lasting as the previous smash hits.
From what I've seen, G-Wing:Endless Waltz & Gundam 0083 are the best ones of all. But then again, I havn't seen 8th MS Team yet.....

well.. i've heard from a lot of people who've seen quite a few gundam series that seed is just a reshuffle of all those great series.
since i've only seen Wing and Seed, i'd have to say Seed is definitely good. The music especially fits so nicely that it'd be great to see it on big screen. Just like watching a movie.

the only unsatisfying thing is the ending, which seems too rushed.
but then i heard news that the second gundam seed series's coming out.. so...

I am really enjoying it. The opening and ending songs rock, there is no other expression for it. Not sure what is exactly going on. I missed the first 5 episodes.. . :waah!:

 Lacus Clyne. . . .. . KAWAII!!!! *Jumps up and down enthusiastically*

I really want to see it in Japanese so I can hear her real voice! :jump:

I liked it. I liked it better than Wing. I liked the fact that the Gundams aren't invincible demigods that need entire militaries or the pilot's suicidal wishes to destroy. I liked the fact that the characters aren't trained supersoldiers. I agree though, the ending did seem rushed.
