Favorite evil laugh

All this talk of villains lately has got me thinking over all those deliciously evil laughs the villains make :evil: So, what's your favorite (or favorites)?

I think my favorite has got to be Cruella de Vil from the live-action 101 Dalmatians: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ec4nMM9KSKA

By the way, if anyone knows of a really good deep evil laugh, I'd love to hear it, because most evil laughs seem to be of the "cackle" variety rather than "MUAHAHAHA!!!"

Yasunori Masutani's voice acting here and here. (Somewhat violent image in both videos.)
I had trouble finding clips of any of the character's hes voiced laughing. Both of these videos involve various voice clips set to a tune with a couple of his laughs on display.

Some people might know Yasunori Masutani as Etemon. He has a pretty nutty voice perfectly suited for villains (especially of the insane variety).

Mark Hammil's version of The Joker in Batman the Animated Series is the best evil laugh ever. It has just the right touch of maniacal and is perfect for the Joker.

...Is it wrong that I think Yami Marik and Yami Bakura from Yu-Gi-Oh both have pretty wicked sounding evil laughs? :lol:

Lelouch from Code Geass belted out some good ones. It's part of the reason I think he's a villain rather than an anti-hero.
