For the record, no one can dodge or block a slug from a decent railgun firing. For example, here's a scenario.
Neo: You missed.
Agent 1: Oh nuts, we better use something better...
Agent 2: Laser?
Agent 3: That'd be shooting him with a BB-gun.
Agent 2: True, we only have a laser pointer.
Agent 1: How about a railgun?
Agent 2&3: Good idea. Scramble it.
Agent 1: Here we go...
Neo: Yeah, sure, fire away.
Agent 2: Capacitor has been charged. Current energy storage is reaching critical maximum.
Agent 3: Fire.
Neo: You can't get me, I can dodge bullets, I can dod---- *sploch*
Agent 1,2&3: Mission accomplished.
