Here are mine:

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus:

Paprika:

The Secret of Kells (it was extremely difficult to choose just one picture for this movie. That should tell you something about how awesome it is. XD):

Millennium Actress:

Also, I agree 100% with The Fall, The Seventh Seal, and the Lord of the Rings movies. The sets in those were so gorgeous. XD

I couldn't find many screenshots, but another visually pleasing film is definitely The Brothers Bloom:

I want to see The Fall so badly! I've seen fan music videos, and it does look absolutely gorgeous! Yes to Big Fish, LOTR, The Last Samurai, Imaginarium, and Sleeping Beauty.

I pretty much agree with all those (except for Dune - haven't seen it). I'd also add a couple of anime movies - The Place Promises in Our Early Days and Whisper of the Heart.

Two that I have seen that others have said are 2001: A Space Odysseyand Bladerunner.

But I'm sad that no one has said Makoto Shinkai's works. The Place Promised in Our Early Days and 5 Centimeters per Second are and should be listed as other anime that were beautiful.

Gonna try to think of movies that haven't been mentioned yet....

The Fountain:

Pride and Prejudice (newest version):

Beauty and the Beast (Disney):

...I'll probably think of more later.

Well, I have to agree with many of these movies, but I think a few could be added to this list:

The Searchers, by John Ford.
For the next 50 years most people who wanted to film landscapes studied this movie, including David Lean and others.
Image
Image

Once upon a Time in the West, by Sergio Leone.
Sergio Leone had an eye for shot composition. 'Nuff Said.

Image

Ordet by Carl Theodor Dryer
Despite its "photographed play" feeling this movie has some moments of sheer beauty.

Image
Image
Image

A Very Long Engagement by Jean-Paul Jeunet

The story of a young girl (with a polio limp) who seeks her fiance, who may have been lost in the trenches of World War One. Plot heavy, but beautifully filmed, a much better movie than Amelie (from the same team).

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3438/3283601011_7ba9e24a5c.jpg
Image

The Passion of Joan of Arc by Carl Theodor Dryer, again.

This is my nomination for one of the most beautiful movies ever filmed. Bar none.

The Assasination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford by Andrew Dominik

Erm, ah, best photographed colour film.
