This. Although I think I may have to give up on ever seeing a Platinum on this game. Having to be Jesus Christ in EVERY minigame? I'm only human, Atlus. :l

Yeah. I'm terrible at the minigames and I will be amazed if I can even get halfway through on Spelunker mode...

Oh I'm not even talking about Spelunker mode. That's going to be a pain in and of itself. I'm just talking about the Dash Circuit and Block Defense things. You have to perfect those to get one of the swords, which is required for a trophy.

I never thought I'd see another minigame in an RPG that would make me rage as hard as the Chocobo Race from FFX. Atlus you jerks. :l

So my brother came home from college for the summer and with him came Mass Effect, which I finally get to play after being told how great it is by a lot of people. I'm not disappointed in the least.

Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse - Episode 2: The Tomb of Sammun-Mak. Every bit as much fun as Episode 1.

Blue Dragon: Awakened Shadow

It's a decent Action-RPG so far, but I feel like every time I take five steps in the game, another cutscene starts. Hopefully this is just in the beginning...

I finished playing Bowser's Inside Story. What a wonderful game! I really liked it  It was just fun to play, and didn't worry about taking itself seriously, so you could just relax and laugh at it, because that was the point. Very solid gameplay too.

I've started up Broken Sword: The Shadow of the Templars again. Like many other adventure games, it can be extremely frustrating to figure out what you're supposed to do next, and I've had to look at an agonizing number of hints, but the story is still engaging and George Stobbart is still the same endearing dunce as ever

I'm playing Darkstalkers. And to my great surprise, I'm enjoying it immensely.

Finished Broken Sword! :thumb: It was fun, if a bit cheesy and old-fashioned. A fun game, though I fail to see how I could have figured out the final puzzle on my own, without hints. :eyeroll:

Since Super Mario Galaxy 2 became horribly frustrating (seriously, the person who made Fleet Glide Galaxy should be tortured) I decided to download Super Mario 64 on the VC and play that, mainly because the DS version is pretty lame.

The controls certainly didn't age well I'll tell you that much, but it's still a great game.

I'm getting back in to Chrono Trigger; I'm playing the PS1 version, and there's still endings I haven't got, so there's stuff to be unlocked. This time, I'm planning to end
in Zeal, after Schala charges up her pendant, but before charging up Marle's.
As I've played, I've realized that there are a lot more long, boring stretches than I remember. For every awesome part (Zeal, Tyrano Lair, Undersea Palace), there's been a part that just drags (the factory in 2300 AD, Magus' castle, the footprint part in 65 Ma). Maybe it's just because all my characters are around level 60, have the best gear, so everything up to Lavos is a pushover (I just took Magus down in two attacks), but these lame stretches seem longer than before.

Played some more Xenogears, finally. Should be getting close to the third Gate.

My brother and I have also started playing Vagrant Story. Dude, talk about clunky controls! :comp: I hope the story's good; it's a bit early to tell yet. But I can maaaaaybe see some elements that carried over to FFXII. I'm also impressed by how they actually animate the characters breathing. :o

MechWarrior 4: Mercenaries is free now. It's pretty awesome. Compared to MW3, it's more restricted in terms of customization, but there are a whole, whole lot more weapons and chassis to mess with, especially since the release includes chassis made by modders. Now if only I could get online play working...

Right now it's a juggle between
Muramasa: The Demon Blade
Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier - very nice for a non-Naughty Dog game, Daxter actually looks better than ever. (PS2)
and 007: Agent Under Fire - the controls on Nightfire are far more superior and logical.(PS2)

I just published my first LittleBigPlanet level!

Mystery Sackboy Theater 3000. It's a race-type level. Get to the theater, through the seven doorways each opened by a fairly easy puzzle. Also, there's a hidden prize bubble.

Played a little more Xenogears. Destroyed the third Gate and revealed Solaris at last! I'm getting close to the end of the first disk ^_^ (And yet there's still character introductions! O.O)

And I think I've finally got the hang of Vagrant Story. I think a lot of things will become more clear about the story if I can ever get out of this first level :eyeroll:
