Unknown games

I made this topic because I am trying to figure out the name of a game I played many years ago. It was a game where you were guided by a talking cartoon cat and dog and you had a flashlight. The goal was to use the flashlight to reveal objects that seemed to be scary things in the dark. So does anyone know what this game was called? Thanks!
