They took the Iron Man from the first movie's poster and photoshopped War Machine into it. Just kidding.
I hope this movie is good, but I can't help but think that the production feels rushed. Not much time has passed since the first movie and already the sequel is coming out.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like it. Sources say that the Hulk won't be in this movie. How we all wish for a PROPER Marvel crossover...

It's not fully confirmed. There was talk of Thor making a cameo, but Jon Favreau has indicated he will not appear. The talk about about Edward Norton as Bruce Banner/ The Incredible Hulk having a cameo, but Robert Downey Jr. indicated will also not appear.
Justin Hammer, Whiplash, Black Widow, Nick Fury and Iron Maiden will be in the movie.
The Mandarin will only appear as a behind-the-scenes presence, which will set him up for Iron Man 3.
