That was horrible. It lacks quality, depth, talent - anything of value.
Miyazaki's movies deserve much better.

*listens to song. Cries like a baby* MYYYYYY BRRRRAAAIIIINNNNNNN!!!!!!! WHY!? WHY DID DISNEY HAVE TO RUIN A CUTE SONG?!? *more crying*.

Okay done.....*sniff*......I've seen the movie and loved it ALOT! If you ask me (this is MY opinion) Disney does some pretty good dubs. I like them better than other renditions of Miyazaki's movies. They USUALLY hire pretty good, if not great actors to do the dubs. But when I first heard that they were going to have Noah and Frankie play the main characters, my heart sunk. I remember thinking "What the heck are you doin' Disney??? I've never been dissapointed by your dubs before!! Why did you have to hire disney channel actors for this movie?" To be honest with you, I've never seen the kids act ON disney channel, and I was worried that they'd be horrible. ESPECIALLY after hearing that....that....MURDERER OF MUSIC! But after seeing the movie, Disney had done a great job. The voices fit the characters, and Noah and Frankie are not bad for the main parts. There were times when I thought the acting was a tad bit off, but all in all that was one of the cutest movies I've ever seen. I'm SO glad that the EVIL song was played at the very end credits, WHERE NO ONE HAS TO WATCH IF THEY DON"T WISH IT. I'm also glad that they did the original song dubbed at the begining. Okay now I'm done ranting.

Haha, I guess I'm the odd one out here, since this song doesn't bother me at all. It just made me laugh a bit when I heard it at the end of the credits. After all, it's only a remix that they play after the English version of the original song.

Only a remix? It's horribly, shallow and commercial and lacking talent and thought. It goes against the very nature and atmosphere presented in Ponyo. It's not meant to be hip and 'cool'.

Oh dear cookie sandwich!!! This song is horrid. Why did Disney mess with the ending song? This is a disappointment.
