Sakura-Con Commercial

Have you ever wished you could find more people who understood your hobbies? Have you ever found those people only to recoil in horror at the monsters they are and that you, by extension, have become?

That's pretty much this commercial.

[font="Trebuchet MS"][SIZE="4"][color="RoyalBlue"]Ummm, WHERE ARE THE BLACK PEOPLE??? I've watched that commercial a couple times, but I have yet to see anyone of my color in this whole commercial! We eat sushi too! We watch anime too! What's up with that? :rant:[/color][/SIZE][/font]

The folks behind the commercial have been getting YouTube to remove parodies of it because of "copyright infringement."

Because using a 5 second clip out of parody is totally not fair use.

The zero respect I have for these people just became negative.

This commercial strikes me as odd. It's making fun of the very people it is trying to reach out to?

Either that, or this sort of behavior is completely real (outside of the internet) and I have been gratefully ignorant until now.
