This is exciting. More Adventure Time! Hopefully it will be just as good as it's pilot episode.

If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things."

I gave up on avant garde cartoons after FLCL and Aqua Teen hunger Force got old... There's only so much my brain can take of this stuff.

I would just like to say that I love the difference in energy level between Bob and Corrie's posts.

Also, awesome. American cartoons might be worth watching again.

Ugh. Cartoon Network causes me pain right now. Too little anime, too much animation. X_x

That pic reminds me of Bomberman.

But CN treats its acquisitions better than Nick does its original cartoons.

Plus, um... anime = animation.

I'm with Roy...what the heck is Adventure Time? XD
edit: *watches the clip*
XDDD Woow. This show is so random! I don't know if I hate it or absolutely LOVE IT!. 8D

I hate it because... I want to see more... DETAILED cartoons...with like shading and stuff. I'm so tired of the weirdly drawn cartoons like what they are putting out now. (the sharply drawn hardly any detail kind). XD I don't care if it's anime or not... but yeah, the oddly drawn cartoons are just getting so old. >_<;

I love it because dude... ITS RANDOM and random things are pretty great XD.

First point: Agreed. Doesn't mean I have to like it.

Second point: On a base level, yes. On an artistic and culturally significant level, in my opinion, no way in Jersey.

We may just have to agree to disagree.

Er, no, not on a base level. The word "anime" in the Japanese language means ANY cartoon. Meaning that to them, stuff like Ben 10 and Cow and Chicken and Squidbillies are anime. The term "anime" only carries the connotation of being from Japan outside of the country.

Kind of like how in Mexico, the word "sombrero" means any kind of hat that has a brim, but in America, "sombrero" is a specific type of hat like the one Speedy Gonzales wears.

While I'm sure you meant your post in the context of the American meaning of anime, what it means is you're both right. Hooray!

Anyway, while I posted happiness earlier, I'm going to reserve opinion on this one. I'd love to see a series of this because it's a fantastic cartoon. On the other hand, this might turn out to be like Cow and Chicken, where the pilot episode was hilarious, but the series was awful.
