Postby jon_jinn » Mon Jun 30, 2008 4:10 pm

1. One Man Band
2. Presto
3. (tie) For the Birds/Lifted

- Westminister Confession of Faith (Chapter 5, Section 1)

"The wisdom of God has found a way for the love of God to deliver sinners from the wrath of God all the while upholding the righteousness of God!!"

"All of Christian life is ceaseless worship of God the Father, through the mediatorship of God the Son, by the indwelling power of God the Spirit, doing what God commands in Scripture, not doing what God forbids in Scripture, in culturally contextualized ways, for the furtherance of the Gospel, when both gathered for adoration, and scattered for action, in joyous response to God's glorious grace."
- Mark Driscoll

"Believers do not pray with the view of informing God about things unknown to Him, or of exciting Him to do His duty, or of urging Him as though He were reluctant. On the contrary, they pray in order that they may arouse themselves to seek Him, that they may exercise their faith in meditating on His promises, that they may relieve themselves from their anxieties by pouring them into His bosom; in a word, that they may declare that from Him alone they hope and expect, both for themselves and for others, all good things."
- Martin Luther

- Dr. Joseph Ton, the exiled Romanian pastor (quoted by James Montgomery Boice)

The one before Wall-E was excellent! I want to see a feature film with those characters.

The Adventures of Andre & Wally B

Although it wasn't technically made by pixar, that film was the first made by the founder of the company, and it, combined with Luxo Junior, is what got them started.

Oh man. They're really good at making shorts, but I honestly can't remember most of them, to my own chagrin :waah!: And I forget their names really easily, too. But I can remember that I like:

1. Geri's Game (whenever I play chess I think about this and laugh)
2. For the Birds (I swear, they must've used squeaky toys to make the sounds for the little birds)
3. whatever-that-one-is-on-Ratatouille-with-the-aliens (laughed my socks off)
4. the-one-with-the-lamps-where-the-bouncing-lamp-logo-comes-from (if that counts)

...and I'll probably add the one before Wall-E to my list, too, when I see it.
You can find out things about the past that you never knew. And from what you've learned, you may see some things differently in the present. You're the one that changes. Not the past.

In no particular order...

1. Geri's Game

2. Presto

3. Lifted

4. Knick Knack

5. Jack-Jack Attack (ok, so it doesn't really count, but it's still funny!)
K. Ayato: What happens if you press the small red button?

*Explosion goes off in the movie*

mechana2015: Does that answer your question?

K. Ayato: Perfectly.
