Can anyone give me RahXephon info?
I've read several reviews on this anime. It looks neat and I like the style of the art. Can anyone give me an idea of what kind of offensive material there is? Thanks a million for any help anyone can offer.

i still after like a year havent finished it, but from what i can tell, its seems to be a 15+ age title, its got good animation and a pretty cool story

Yeah, thanks for all the help thus far. If anyone else has seen any other volumes of this anime I'd love to know what anyone says as far as content. I'm not worried about language because I have a TVGuardian. I'm really just worried about really gorey violence (I watched the Lord of the Rings and that kind of violence doesn't bother me). Thanks
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.
Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.
But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. I saw DVD 2 the other day...I still find the storyline kinda confusing. It's not really post-apocalpytic like Evangelion it's more I dunno...lol. The animation is beautiful and the character designs in particular are attractive. And so far content-wise it hasn't been anything too extreme. Really it's not any worse then Gundam or Escaflowne.

After watching the entire series, I can tell you that this is not ultra gore or violent. Language is minimal, and so is nudity, if I even recall any, other than silhouettes. It's a very beautiful anime with beautiful music. It has a much happier ending than NGE, and I enjoyed it much more. The story is intrigueing and it takes awhile to get around to telling the story; which, means it moves slow, but it keeps your attention. By the end of the series you'll feel you watched a really beautiful show. I know I''m overusing the word, "beautiful," but that best describes Raxhephon.
