Dreams about Anime O_o? Have you had any?

I had one about NGE no too long ago, and I have never even seen it....strange meeting Rei and Asuka in person...sheesh....

Well, have you ever had any dreams about anime?

, ive only had one about inuyasha. i never watch it. oddly enough, ive never had kenshin, or my own creation in my dreams.

I've had a lot of anime LIKE dreams... I dont' think that counts, though.

I've dreamed about video games... I dreamed about mario and zelda. I probably have had Sailormoon dreams... I had a Sailormoon halucination when I had the mumps! Does that count?

A Sailor Moon hallucination? Now THAT'S a bit scary. :lol:

I've had dreams where I've been characters I've created, though those were more superhero/comic book style characters.

I've also had those very annoying dreams where I'm playing endless games of Tetris in my mind after playing too much Tetris (really visual images stuck in my head).

As for anime dreams, I know I've had a few, but nothing very memorable. I think Largo and other characters from MT were in a dream I had the other night. I can't remember ever dreaming in an anime style, though.

I dreamt about NGE too. Just about Shinji, Rei and Misato though. And it had nothing to do with the show either, they were just there with me. It was kinda weird.

Wow. . . I think I take the prize for this thread. I once had a dream with Matt (Yamato) from Digimon. In the course of the dream, he asked me out several times. Yeah, really weird. I had totally forgotten it before now. Thanks for reminding me *gives Destroyer2000 a REALLY dirty look*.

O.O I wish "I" had that dream ^.^;;

uhhhh, I've dreamed of Rame my charecter in New RPG but I don't know if that counts ^_^

I've had dreams and "ADD moments" that would involve things like "Final Fantasy Tactics" or "Civilization 2"

It's not anime either, but I have had numerous "Adventures in Odyssey" dreams. In the dreams, they're usually real people playing the parts, and I'm in the "real" town of Odyssey. That happens because I tend to listen to Adventures in odyssey while I sleep... I started to do that because it kept me from having nightmares... Except for the tornado and revolutionary war episodes.

It's not anime either, but I have had numerous "Adventures in Odyssey" dreams. In the dreams, they're usually real people playing the parts, and I'm in the "real" town of Odyssey. Adventures in Odyssey!!! Oh! I love those!!! I have like every set since the beginning.

What's the look for? Meh. It was weird enough meeting Asuka and Rei in person, but that was a week ago, and I've been thinking about it since then. Asuka has always had my higher opinion.

As for those Tetris dreams! Hahaha! I've had dreams like that, too! When playing the Pokemon games a lot, I'll have dreams about playing Pokemon... when I'm spending a lot of time online, particularly on a message board, I'll have a dream about reading posts on the message board. :eh:

Anime dreams... hmmmm... yes..

I remember one vividly where I was Jessie from Pokemon. The dream had almost no resemblance to the Pokemon anime, though. I was on some space expedition that crash landed on a moon and the rest of the people decided to execute me (Jessie) because I was a thief and they couldn't risk having a thief among them.

I based an extremely disturing horror Trigun fanfiction loosely on a Trigun nightmare I had. I won't go into it. It's too... disturbing for this board.

And, with Trigun, well, I have dreams with Vash in them all the time. He just pops up, like kuroneko. I think he might actually have become one of my dream symbols - something my subconcious has latched onto as a symbol for something.

I described one dream I had on another message board. I had it after watching a Discovery channel thing about the Klu Klux Klan. I had this dream that a Klansman was following me around, trying to convert me to his cause. I kept trying to get away from him, but he just kept showing up. Then, he met my parents, who invited him in, and he showed them videos and stuff to try to convert them to his cause, which they did. During part of this dream, I was in my bedroom and, in my dream, my wall was covered with fanarts of Vash. I looked at these pictures on the wall and thought about "Vash looks like their Aryan ideal, but, what would they say about him if they knew he wasn't human....?"

Someone who liked to do dream interpretation as a hobby interpreted my dream, and rather well, I think. I think she really hit the nail on the head with what my dream meant.. she said, that, knowing me (from the message board), that Vash represents my beliefs and values. If this is true for other dreams.. well, it makes sense, then. He is in my dreams a lot, so maybe he's become one of my subconcisouness' symbols.

I dreamt that Asuka, Rei,Shinji and Touji(NGE) went to my school.They all had thier EVA's and I had my own!(W00T!!)
I was getting ready for gym class(P.E, whatever) and this MASSIVE duck came flying into my school football field!
Asuka started beating it up with her Eva and Rei was(Strangely) sitting in a corner eating muffins.
The duck grabbed me and ate me.I ended up inside a garbage can instead of the ducks belly.

Heh, kinda wierd, right?

Ya! Thats wierd! But mine beats all of yours in wierdness! I dreamt of the battle in Return of the King. Just like in the film, it was going really baddly to start with. Suddenly all these portals opened up and the original 150 pokemon started pouring out and kickin some ork behind! Funniest thing was, I can't remember seeing any of the pokemon specifically apart from Charizard, and he was doing exactly the same move he does in SSBM. Wierd huh.

I'll post again if I think of any more.

Once I dreamed that my family was watching Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and somewhere in the middle of the movie, Hamtaro and group suddenly showed up as part of the cast.

Another time I dreamed that Sailor Moon and company were holding a songfest or something in our church's basement.

Apparently I tend to have rather "hybrid" dreams... :lol:

I've had so many anime dreams its hard to remember them all. I usually remember my dreams pretty well.
Once me and my best friend were destroying my highschool in gundams. I was in Wing Zero and she was In Deathsthyce. (can't spell that)
Another time I had a dream that I was a Sailor Scout and they were all trying to teach me how to fly.
Then I had one about being Gohan from DBZ and flying all around. I flew into a trailor house and there were these kids doing a play or something and I was supposed to save them from something. Then I woke up.

I have had the dreams of continuous playing of a game I played too much too, spiritsword! lol It was annoying and I couldnt sleep very well becuase of it, lol.
Yea the dreams I have arent anime style but they have the characters just in there with me . . . lol.

Ah yes, the "too much game-playing" dreams. I have those too, but more from 3D games than anything. That's partly why I don't play FPS games. (I once had trouble sleeping on account of playing too much Kingdom Hearts, though.)

Well, now I don't feel so bad anymore about it... *sweatdrop*

But yeah... I don't remember all of the exact details. I don't even remember where I exactly was - only that I was among the cast of Saiyuki. The ONE person I remember seeing for sure was Homura, which was weird because before I went to bed a friend and I were discussion *Kougaiji* and no one else. Weirdness.

Still, I'd love to be back in that dream... <333

I can't remember any dreams I've had featuring specific anime characters, but for the past few weeks I've been having this dream that I'm going through bookstores buying tons of manga, but I always wake up before I can read any! LOL!

Oooh, I remembered a couple more:

First was a few years back, I drempt I was in the same class as Cloud and Tifa (when I was hooked on FF7) and we went on a field trip. Me and cloud were screwing around so we got told to go outside and miss the rest of the trip. We then got lost and spent the rest of the dream looking for Tifa. That was funny.

Second was when I was into FF8 (notice a pattern). I was at a film studio who were looking for people to cast as a singer. I noticed that Rinoa was there and for some reason, in the dream, she was one of my friends. The rest of the dream continued with me trying to help Rinoa be cast in whatever film they were producing. I even got to watch her perform ^_^

Thirdly, I had a dream, more recently where I was going round a haunted mansion with a camera (sound familiar). I went into a room packed with people and I could see all the ghost from Fatal Frame. For some reason, everyone else in the room was oblivious to their presence. That was quite a kool dream.

I also had a dream I was in Metroid Prime :lol:
