Granted, but your sword breaks on the first hit. You try to get a refund for it, but apparently the weapons shop won't allow refunds. You get so mad that you bang your head against the wall and fall unconcious.

I wish that I could be a superstar. (Not really, but I'd like to see what someone would answer!)

Granted, but you later struggle with drug addiction, and the paparazzi and tabloids won't leave you alone.

I wish I were the best Dr. Mario player ever.

Granted, but you now have no life outside of Dr. Mario and you waste away in front of the TV.

I wish for an infinite supply of XS, ramen, pocky, and Gundam Wing anime.

Granted, but it turns them into Presbyterian POTATOES instead, which, while tasty, is probably not what you were aiming for.

I wish that my Japanese homework would complete itself.

Granted, but now you no longer actually learn the Japanese, thus depriving you of the opportunity to say things such as, "Learning Japanese, I think I'm learning Japanese, I really think so."

I wish I had a nickel for every time I hit myself in the forehead.

Granted, but you hit yourself in the head so much that you forget that hitting your forehead gets you nickels.

I wish learning Japanese wasn't so hard.

Granted, but that makes me really angry because you took the cheap way out when I've been studying Japanese for two semesters, which causes me to hit you in the head repeatedly until you forget Japanese is easy to learn.

And I take the nickels.

I wish I didn't have to get up for an 8AM class tomorrow.

Owwwwww, stupid sandwich. This doesn't taste good at all!

Your wish is granted, but it's a black-and-white TV from the late '50s that doesn't have any of the normal hookups required on today's TVs.

I have one of those back home. It's a fun time.

I wish for a 4GB SanDisk Memory Stick PRO Duo.

I wish for an uncorruptable wish!

You're not allowed to wish for wishes; it's against the rules.

I wish for this awesome foxie jigsaw puzzle 8D

Granted but your van runs out of gas before you get there and you don't have the money to pay for any gas.

I wish gas prices were lower...

Granted, but the value of the dollar drops dramatically to the point where the overall value in the change is negated.

Mmm, fake economics.

Granted, you have some orange-coloured prune juice.

I wish that there were ducks of every colour imaginable.

Granted, but only you can see them...so when you tell your friends about the colorful ducks, you are sent to the mental hospital...

I wish cows would make chocolate milk. You know, so you don't have to add the syrup.

I wish Starbucks coffee was cheaper and tasted better.

Granted, Lieutenant Starbuck's (from Battlestar Galactica) coffee is cheaper and tastier. Yours, however, is nastier than ever.

I wish that Mordecai Jones was dead.

Granted, but all the evidence of his death points to you.

I wish I had my own theme music that would play where ever I go.

Granted, but it miserably flops flat on its face the first night and is banned from the theater.

I wish I had a wookie like Chewbacca for a homie.

*Good one, Peanut. I didn't see that one coming. I'll be waiting for it in the mail!*

Granted, but it's actually a copy of the 2005 Xbox game "The Bard's Tale", which is probably just as good. Right?

...right?

I wish I had a hot cup of tea right now.
