Doesn't anyone here like Naruto?

Did it happen in the last ten minutes? No? Then it needs a flashback.

Even without having seen it, I'm sure it's real. The animation quality in any weekly series is hideous, so looking frame by frame there are all manner of bizarre/hilarious things. Bleach has a lot too... I wish I had saved "Muppet Chad" to my computer so I could show it now.

I Used to like Naruto until it outdid DBZ with all long dramatic shots and then there the extremly boring music that shippuden sports, so sad, i used to like Naruto but now its not worth watching for me because of how drawn out it is.

Naruto's enjoyable enough if you like the genre, but the filler and constant stalling did hurt the anime. Somehow, I prefer D.Gray-Man's method of "stock footage of exorcists destroying random Akuma" to Naruto's "staring at each other for 20 minutes."

The animators are probably on pretty tight budgets for a weekly series, so I would be somewhat forgiving of art quality.

alas, I was unfortunately addicted from the first seasons... now I'm sadly waiting on the edge of my seat for every week's shippuden episode...

It's like a filthy habit though.. I'm not proud of it. Especially now that Naruto has not one redeeming quality in the new episodes.

Are you quite serious, or is there hyperbole in your response? Most shonen anime have flashbacks to things in that episode (to be fair, generally because the manga had them) but something that just happened is worse than usual. Also, I neglected to mention the corollary to the flashback rule:
Have we seen the Fourth Hokage recently? No? Then we need a flashback.

Well... I just watched the all too hyped up Sasuke and Naruto reunion, hour long special bla bla bla... That was quite seriously possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever exposed myself to in the world. I can sum up the whole of both episodes in a few words. Literally, nothing happens at all. There's a whole lot of standing, even more dust moving climactically, wind blowing, yeah, a lot of wind blowing.. flashbacks recaping everything just in case you hadn't seen any naruto episodes in your life.. some talking, mostly slow, orchestrated carefully around intervals of more wind.. lots of staring... then more flashbacks, you know, just in case.... It's like watching evolving climax which never realizes anything. The new DBZ indeed.

Why... why on earth do I watch this?

"Sasuke! I finally found you! But before we fight, I have to remember some stuff for about ten minutes while the wind dramatically blows through my hair! brb."

Seriously.

Seriously.

The anime will never catch up the manga ever again and there will never be more fillers. Nobody really needs to see a flashback of what happened in the last episode, and most people remember the very important parts of the series which the animators feels we need to see AGAIN. -_-

Yet I like watching the anime because it's nice seeing them in color. >>;;

See, a "thought" is something that happens inside your head. Nobody else can hear it! Since a lot of plot important stuff happens in Light's "thoughts" it becomes necessary for the watcher of the show to be able to hear his "thoughts." It would just be boring if they showed Light sitting there doing nothing! Not to mention quite confusing!

One day, I hope that you too can understand the magic that is "thinking."

Heh, there is one ep that Naruto doesn't have a head in one frame.

I know that I'm going to echo what uc pseudonym said,

But this happens with animation in any long running weekly series and one of the reasons, why I'm not a fan of long running weekly series at all.

Also, since the animation is drawn into computers now, then frames will go uncheck at times. Where in cel animation drawing, artists had time to check the frames, but that doesn't mean that it was fail poof also.

Nate, you are my hero.

I have a love/hate relationship with Naruto. When it's good it's I eagerly anticipate the next installment. When it's not I wonder why I wasted my time.

E. You have so called ninjas jumping around like the Gummy Bears.

LAWL I wanna draw this sooo baaaddd XDDDDDD

yeah...I admit there are short spurts where I will watch for a couple of weeks...but then I usually lose interest...and move on with my life.

XD I love the frame by frame pictures.. I think there are a few videos on Youtube that show how stupid it can look XD

But I think that's a problem with every anime out there... Even Blood+ (kyaa I love it) has those wierd frames that kinda make one feel uneasy...

And Bleach has them tooo.. as mentioned earlier.

Budget and all that stuff..

But yeah... I don't have the time or money to put into watch a show like Naruto...It's going to take me years to get through Bleach as it is....
