Most of my purchases are, but yeah, definately. Brother, Sister by mewithoutYou just has incredible atmospherics and brilliant new-school Post Punk style guitar work (it reminds me a lot of the newest releases by Gang of Four and Siouxsie of Siouxsie & The Banshees) making for a release with a very wide appeal. The lyrics are Adam's typical peotic and theological aphorisms, although it seems this round he's finished going through the dark night of the soul in Catch For Us The Foxes and is enjoying the fruits of infused divine contemplation. Even that trio of silly spider jingles is excellent.

You, are Awesome. You have some good CD's there. I don't really like In Flames much, and I don't know Impending Doom, but everything else you have there deserves a Gold Star. {by the way, prepare your face to melt.. apparently Protest is coming out with another album. :wow!: }

Let's see..

August Burns Red - Thrill Seeker
Thrice - The Alchemy Index Vol. I & II {Fire and Water}
Emery - I'm Only a Man

I bought and actually gave away All That Remains Debut album, but then somebody gave me Thousand Foot Krutch's new album "The Flame in All of Us"

Those are my most recent purchases. The ones I'm aiming to get very soon are

Demon Hunter - Storm the Gates of Hell
Skindred - Roots Rock Riot
POD - When Angels and Serpents Dance {waiting very eagerly, and getting right away once released}
Zao - Parade of Chaos
Blindside - The Black Rose EP

and I'm thinking of getting the New CD from a band that was just recently signed to Solid State Records]http://www.purevolume.com/ohsleeper[/url] }

They've been ruined for me because a friend of mine got kind of involved-ish with their merch guy. She told me all kinds of stories. R. Borlax is awesome, though.

All the songs on the EP are on When I Am God, but they sound sooo much better due to amped up production values. So it's the upgrade from the EP+5 new songs that are just as amazing. Deff a must-buy!

Becoming the Archetype: The Physics of Fire
When I read up on the lyrics online after it came out, I was quite impressed by how understandable they were. I'd heard a few tracks from their previous CD and was really impressed with their music. Anyway, I'm quite enjoying my new copy of The Physics of Fire.
"Everybody's weird in their own special way." - P.V.
"Never refuse a breath mint." - my dad
"The UAC is making safer worlds through superior firepower." - Doom 3
"This world is a great sculptor's shop. We are the statues and there is a rumour going round the shop that some of us are some day going to come to life." - C.S. Lewis, Mere Christianity

"I'm too cool to scroll. -- MOES."
