[quote="Fish and Chips"]And we all know just how un-Christian blood is.

Alchemy was a viable historical science, fore running numerous modern-day concepts (Chemistry, Metallurgy, Medicine, etc...). Although there can be philosophical and spiritual elements attached, this does not inherently make it anti-Christian]

Quoted because it was well said.

Further, I would just add that the things I mentioned are the themes of Fullmetal Alchemist, which is what I was getting at. I'm not so stupid to say that Hagaren is a "Christian" show. None of the characters are Christian. But Hagaren isn't advocating that we all become alchemists, either. It's not the events, but the themes, of a story that we're to take to heart; and the themes of Fullmetal Alchemist, as I stated, are (if not "Christian") in-line with Christian teachings.

Christisright, are you trying to keep bumping the thread to start debate or what? The thread has pretty well run its course. No need for a gravedig.
