Do you read fanfiction?

Depends on what the fanfiction is about. If it is a parody that makes fun of certain characters, I will read it. Or trying to make a conclusion of a cliffhanger.

I've read some fanfictions here and there. some good some bad and some just stupid.

It depends on the fic. I actually have one I'm writing, though I'm nowhere near done with it. The ones on Queen of Swords homepage are pretty good, or at least most of them. I quite like Crazy Little Thing Called Love, in her InuYasha section, myself.

I can't stand fiction for very, very popular series at all. I, usually, am a fan of the more drawn-back stuff that you can't find but at little specialty shops and those sketchy dark corners of Japan, but recently, Bleach and Death Note have caught my fancy...as well as millions of others. The fanfics are AWFUL.

However, some fanfiction, written of those little shows that you have to go to a speciaty shop in a sketchy corner* of Saitama, Japan, to find, are written by seemingly literate individuals. The reason probably lies in that these shows are a bit more mature, darker, and for older persons in general.

* ALL of Saitama is sketchy. FORGET THAT.

You too, huh? I had to go back through and edit some of one of my fanfictions because my brother said that all the romance between them was making him sick. Oh well, I at least saved my original ending so I can go back and read it whenever.
