LOL! Shining Swords are like, 20mil. No joke. You've got a Claw of Lawolf, and that's about half as valuable, so I'd consider yourself lucky. Of course if you don't want it, give it to me!

Edit: If you are going blade. Invest in your axe techniques too! As Axes are pretty much the weapon of choice after level 75. I'm level 60 with two G.Swords +7s, and I think this will be the last time I use swords. Once I hit 75, I am going to try to invest in two Historic Axes.
As for Knights, I'm not sure. If I recall, people say using a sword as a higher-leveled Knight is the way to go. It really depends if you AoE or not.
AoE Knight: 2-Handed Axe
1 on 1 Knight: 2-Handed Sword
But I'm not sure. Minamo can correct me if I'm wrong.
I laugh at teh Keenwheel Knights too, but it's really what they have to do. The knights who spam Keenwheel use it as their tool for 1v1 fighting because they're AoE.
In terms of 1v1 built knights, it's all a matter of opinion. My choices are bolded.
60
Guardian Big Sword: (305-308), HP+200, Def+30
Guardian Ambidextrous Axe: (300-304), Dex+5, Def+30
75
Historic Big Sword: (321-324), A. Speed+10%, Hit Rate+15%
Historic Ambidextrous Axe: (325-334), A. Speed+10%, Hit Rate+20%
90
Angels Big Sword: (380-382), Dex+10, Critical hit damage+35%
Angels Ambidextrous Axe: (387-395), Str+10, Crit Rate+15%
105
Legendary Golden Big Sword: (392-394), Str+2, A. Speed+18%
Legendary Big Golden Axe: (400-409), HP+18%, Str+6
As you can see, I picked the axe every time. I feel that the bonuses on the axes are better than those of the swords for a dex build. And I'll defend my choices.
G.A. Axe: Really, this is more of a tossup. I chose this because the dex is more useful than the HP, IMO.
H.A. Axe: Higher damage and more hit rate, obvious choice.
A.A. Axe: Even with a bonus 10 dex, you won't crit enough to get much use out of the additional Crit damage, so therefore teh better attack power on teh axe and improved crit rate outweigh the additional dex and crit damage.
L.G.B. Axe: Simply put, by this time, with haste and GT, you should be able to achieve 100% attack speed WITHOUT the bonus, hence making the LGBA better. To be perfectly honest, though, I'd keep the A.A. Axe.
Also, yeah, AoE knights BETTER use axes, or they suck. Earth Divider (Sword) IS stronger than Power Stump (Axe), but Power Stump comes with a bonus ability to stun the monsters you're fighting, thus making it a better choice for AoE.
