Granted, but it's not the symposium you wanted to read. This one warps your sanity and gives you visions of squid-faced elder beings.

Granted, it's run by a student council, has only three professors, and you have to pilot a GUNDAM that always breaks down at the worst possible moment. Plus people freak out randomly, and you end up in a club with a time traveler, an alien, an esper, and a girl who mysteriously controls the whole thing. Plus you end up living in the wrong dorm, get beat up by the girls all the time, can't please anyone, and are constantly taken advantage of. Oh, and did I mention that there are aliens and fantastical creatures attacking your school, and you alone can protect it? Not that it gets you any respect or sympathy, and when you miss a class to save the school from destruction, it still counts against you as an absence. Oh, and did I mention that students at your school are being crushed by cows falling out of the sky? Oh, and every Saturday, you have to recap the events of the previous week, with plenteous explanation and gratuitous navel-gazing. Plus everyone's name is spelled differently every week, so you need to keep current with your spelling. Plus, people begin to randomly switch gender, and this is taken as normal until you discover that it's actually being caused by aliens with gender transformation ray guns. Naturally, some of the ray guns malfunction and start turning people into cats and cats into people. And then the science building blows up, and one of the three professors inexplicably turns into a cyborg...

Granted. All cats are now the color of flouresent lights. Not only that but some actually come in day glo colors and you can get a entire litter of kitties in packages of Crayola now.Unfortunately the only downside of it is that the World's supply of
kitty litter is owned by Sakaki from Azumanga Daioh and you must pledge your
undying loyalty to her or else date her teacher Yukari-sensei for an entire year before you can get any kitty litter, and because of the odor and everything you get thrown out of your apartment..

I wish that The Dirty Pair would replace the entire Fridays on Cartoon Network!

Granted, for the rest of time all day Friday is Dirty Pair Flash Day on Cartoon Network. To keep up ratings CN are forced to conquer the world using subliminal messages in their cartoons to brainwash a whole generation of people. Fridays now become the most boring day of the week.

I wish electronic devices(especially mine) would stop braking when people(especially me) actually need them.

the 1970s.

Granted. Nothing of importance comes of it due to the widespread apathy of that group. All the people who care are to drunk to do anything.

I wish caffeine had no negative side effects.

Haruhi Suzumiya.

Granted. Every single football player in America moves to Idaho, which unfortunately alienates the audiences in the other 49 states and causes the overall popularity of the sport to fade.

I wish baseball was more popular in America.

I wish Charlton Heston, Sean Connery, Bruce Campbell and Chuck Norris made a movie together.
