I thought the programmers here might find this of interest. In part it expands on some of the ideas discussed in the article I posted previously on the Cell processor used in the new PS3's

Very intersting read. After all that work I did on writing my own parallel processing algorithms back in the day, this could very well be a timesaver.

I'm still waiting for standard IDEs to afford programmers this luxury, though. Until then, it's *still* going to be a back-room tech.
