For me, it'd be Alex Rowe on Last Exile. He really brought out his mysterious nature.

I love the voice he did of Togusa in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and GITS: 2rd Gig.

I loved Amon in Witch Hunter Robin, Balmung (cause that's the first role I think I heard him in) in .hack, Ebisu in Naruto, Albedo in the Xenosaga series...
But I think my favorite is John Burgmeier - Kurama in Yu Yu Hakusho, Rei in Kodocha, Shigure in Fruits Basket... I LOVE his voice!
After that I think it's a tie between Crispin Freeman and Quinton Flynn (Axel in Kingdom Hearts, Reno in FFVII: AC). XD
