Ignorance
"Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God - I say this to your shame."
I Corinthians 15:34
Much of our the way we live our lives and ignorance comes from the fact that we are totally uninformed of God's moving and what His word says.
Shortly after the 1912 presidential election, Woodrow Wilson visited an aged aunt whom he hadn't seen for a long time. "What are you doing these days, Woodrow?" she asked.
"I've just been elected president," replied Wilson.
"Oh, yes? President of what?" inquired the aunt.
"Of the United States."
"Don't be silly!" she snorted impatiently.
As Christians we should be well informed of God's work in our lives.
Prayer: Ask God to help you live life with eyes that see and ears that hear His word for your life.
"Everybody is ignorant, only on different subjects."
~Will Rogers.
