I used the spoiler tag for you...it's like this [ spoiler]and then such and such happened[ /spoiler] with no spaces in the tags of course :] --shiroihikari

Yep, that's the end. Made me a little angry too. I mean they finally get to Knives (spelled like the utensi...I noticed you spelled it wrong. I'm peculiar about spelling.) and then *poof!* that's the end. Knives is the coolest, and he's in only like, three episodes. *sniffles*

Because Trigun the manga and Trigun the anime are so different (particularly after the first manga) there can't really be a sequel to Trigun the anime that follows the same storyline as Maximum. (especially considering
that Wolfwood dies in the anime, but not in the manga...and the confrontation with Chapel in the streets doesn't even exist...along with other things) EDIT: I should say, I don't know of Wolfwood dying in the manga; if he does, it's after Maximum 3.
So it's a lot different in many ways.

the trigun mangas didn't finish the series, but it will be finished in trigun maximum. maximum isnt anything extra to the series (so far). the trigun mangas weren't that different from the series, just everything is in a different order. it seems like more things were added in the anime than that manga.

Sorry should have put a spoiler tag of ending I said. :P LOL, I didn't think about it and thank who ever put the tags on it. (One of the moderators I am guessing) Thanks for answering my question and I want to say "awwww man, I wish that wasn't the ending!" :waah!:

Angelsakura should put a spoiler tag, too...even if it isn't direct.

I wasn't completely satisfied with the ending either :thumbsdow : I mean, it was good but at the same time I totally expected it to end some other way.

And is it just me or does Knives seem to be a...uh...what's the word?...anyway, seems to me that Knives tries to be villainous but at the same time he's a baby. I mean one moment he's acting all diabolical and stuff and then the next moment...uh...i guess I'll use the brackets:
He's whimpering and crying when Vash shot him or threatens to shoot him. I mean come on, all of Knives' minions was commiting suicide and stuff but Knives have a fit when he gets a bullet hole in his leg! :shake:
Oh well, I guess he's just as afraid of death as Vash.

Knives is just like Osama Bin Laden - no problem sending folks on suicide mission, but doesn't wanna die himself.

Anyway... "he walked off into the dessert" *Laughs*

It is spelled "desert." I know, I lie in one. If I lived in a "dessert," I would have no problems concerning food and would be very happy. I now have this image burned into my mind of Vash walking off toward a gigantic donut on the horizon!

i didnt bother reading the topic of it's entirety cause well im lazy so I dont know if this was already mentioned.

I am currently reading Trigun Maximum, it picks up where
Vash becomes Erics and Wolfwood finds him
. It then continues much like the anime does.

So it is a sequel to the manga but for the anime, it's like both Trigun and trigun Maxmum combined
