Noir Episode 19 (WILL HAVE SPOILERS)

Can someone please explain to me what happens in Noir Episode 19. My copy of that episode is corrupted, and i want to know what happens before going on to watch the next episode in the series. From the trailer at the end of episode 18 it looks like a really good ep. Thanks
