I'll continue to update this as more episodes are released
Released by: Pioneer
Number of Episodes: I’m assuming approximately 24, since it looks like there will be 6 dvds with 4 episodes apiece on them
Distributor’s Rating: ready for this? …. 3+
Synopsis:
Saga is a peppy (jr. high?) student who likes things to be organized and planned out to perfect. Everyday, she has a set schedule that she’ll follow to perfection. But one morning, something happens that was never in Saga’s plan. She finds a hungry little fairy named Sugar that no one else can see. Sugar follows Saga home and proceeds to get Saga into all sorts of trouble. Saga later finds out that Sugar is a season fairy … well, an apprentice fairy that is. Sugar can’t become a full-fledged snow fairy like her mother until she finds something called a "twinkle.â€

This is a great family series. There is nothing objectionable in the material. Yes, it is cute, but even with it's cuteness, it doesn't dumb down the stories. Adults as well as children will enjoy this.

It's true. I made my brother watch it (now, granted, he was in a headlock ... but who cares about details) and he really did like it. He also stuck around for the next episode .. and the one after that.
Same story goes for St. Tail. It went from "How can you watch this stuff?" to "You gonna watch Sugar/St Tail? Mind if I watch?"

This series also has one of the best opening themes (Sugar Baby Love) to come out in quite some time.

I agree. The slightly revamped 50s chorale style gives it an instantly fun air.

I rented the disc called "Home Sweet Home" (first one wasn't available to rent) and.... I am HOOKED! I loved it! Here I was expecting some gushy, sickening cuteness like I though Hamtaro was, but this was actually toned down in rediculous cuteness and was even despressing! Must... buy...
Heh, and I was shocked that there's a bishounen in it. Turmericon is so cute! ^^ And you gotta love a fairy that's an artist...
...WAFFO!

Nope, nothing like being addicted to Sugar, and it's calorie free too.

Hmmm well I watched the Entire series personally, and while I guess overall I liked the anime, it certinaly isn't in my top ten.
But I think one of the most disapointing things to this anime would be the ending. I'm usually for just about any ending that can be put up... But that ending was just... Too sad to have for a child's anime.... In my opinion.
