I'm gonna start a series of threads spotlighting favorite voice actors and actresses in dubs. (sorry, sub fans, but I'm more familiar with english VA's than Japanese ones) I decided to start with Wendee Lee.
Here's my favorites:
Faye Valentine (Cowboy Bebop)
Yoruichi (Bleach)
Umi Ryuuzaki (Magic Knight Rayearth--I warmed up to her)
Yahiko (Rurouni Kenshin)
Angel (Big O)

She's been around the anime block for quite a long time both behind the mike and behind the scenes. I'm a big fan of all her work, but by far, my favorite character that she voiced is Konata Izumi from "Lucky Star". Her voice fits perfectly for that character and in one episode, she shifts flawlessly from Konata to Haruhi's voice just like the original Japanese V/A, Aya Hirano.

I second her work with Konata. I really like her in the Lucky Star dub, but I think she sounds weird as Haruhi. I also like her as Faye because the Cowboy Bebop dub in general is just really good.

Wendee Lee is probably one of my favorite VA's ^^ I love how she's able to make her voice to suite someone mature like Faye Valentine and then all kiddy like Xiao Qioa's from Dynasty Warriors ^^ Then, she's able to do an in between voice like Da Qiao's (also from DW). Where it's mature with a little spec of playful and kiddish.

She does many roles and most of you have already named them :P

She was great as Dokuro in Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan.

And as Miss Shikijo in Mahoromatic. BEST TEACHER EVER!

Now for my second thread in tribute to dub actors, I've decided to spotlight everyone's favorite former Power Ranger, Johnny Yong Bosch!
Here's my faves:
Vash in Trigun
Lelouch in Code Geass
Kiba in Wolf's Rain
Renton in Eureka Seven
Ichigo (and his Hollow half) in Bleach

My favorite has to be Haruhi Suzumiya... true, it's partially because I love the character so much, but I think she captures the role well. Very good performances as Yoruichi in Bleach and Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop as well.

I'm pretty sure that he is always going to be Vash the Stampede to me, and that's just how it is. XD I'm pretty down with that though. I loved his voicework in that. XD

I really only know him as Lelouch from Code Geass and I think he sounds epic in that, so yeah, XD.

I love all of his work, even in anime that I don't like, but I think the job he did with Renton in Eureka Seven will be my favorite for quite a while.

I have to say, along with his other works listed above (especially Roy-Boy's mention of his role as Saku in "Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad" and Renton in "Eureka Seven") I really like his work as Kaneda in the 2001 Streamline dub of "Akira". He captured his cocky attitude perfectly, in my book.

Edit: I just saw the first episode of "Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-Chan" on You Tube, and I think his portrayal of Sakura is outstanding!

Now it's time for another favorite VA, Crispin Freeman. Here's some of his roles:
Itachi in Naruto
Karasu in Noein (Crispin Freeman, stay out of my bedroom!)
Togusa in Ghost in the Shell: Stand-Alone Complex
Tsume in Wolf's Rain
Alex Rowe in Last Exile
Holland in Eureka Seven
Straight Cougar in S-cry-ed

Everything, including himself.

Crispin Freeman has never done a role that I didn't like. Two of the most notable ones, to me at least, are Alucard from Hellsing/OVA and Hagi from Blood+.

Hellsing Ultimate's Alucard is my favorite and Karasu from Noein and Tsume from Wolf's Rain were also amazing. Anything he does is pretty good but these are probably the most memorable for me.

I really liked him as Tsume. Though the whole Wolf's Rain English cast did great! I don't watch Naruto dubs usually, but I'd guess he was good as Itachi too.

He hit Holland perfectly, and he was good as Itachi and Tsume as well, though I can't really even remember his voice being Itachi's.

I'm going to have to be a lameface and choose the obvious answer of Faye Valentine.

I've never heard him give a bad performance.

Like most people said, I like his voice role of Togusa in Ghost in the Shell and Tsume in Wolf's Rain.

But sad to see no one list other roles that he did.

He played Alan Gabriel in The Big O, Hagi, Van Argeno, Joel Goldschmidt VI in Blood +, Joker in Read or Die, Amon in Witch Hunter Robin.

The three roles that he played that no one really talks about.

Playing Spark in Record of Lodoss War-Chronicles of the Heroic Knight, Shougo Amakusa and Shibata in Ruroumi Kenshin and Captain Tylor in Irresponsible Captain Tylor.
