I've noticed that in some animes the characters may speak english. Sometimes their use of English is quite hilarious especially in this anime scene.
(Yes it doesn't sound like it, but she is speaking in English)

That's pretty funny! XD
Mio Hio's English was pretty funny in Angelic layer. I thought it was hilarious how she would randomly switch from English to Japanese in the same sentence, and her voice just made it that much better! ^-^

After all...I WANT FREEDOM.Yes, yes you do, Alfred.
Oddly enough, the Engrish only appeared in the previews. They switched back to Japanese in the actual episode.
EDIT: **mild language warning though you'll probably miss it lol Japan**

Oh, those are great!
I especially love how nearly perfect the pronunciation is in the Raging Heart sequence, and yet..."I believe Master"...."I can be shot"....lol.

I do so love Revy. What especially gets me is, she's supposed to be American!
You also hear some pretty good Engrish from the mouth of the Russian Mafia boss (Balalaika).
Some of the absolute best Engrish in all of anime is the English-language sequences in the recent series Chrome Shelled Regios. They have a series of sequences obscurely linked to the story but completely separate from it, in a different art style, and entirely in English... done entirely by VAs that sound like they probably don't speak any English at all. The fansubbers had to subtitle the English language sections as well, because nobody stood a chance of understanding them on the first go-round. In fact, I wonder how many times some of the subbers had to rewind through the English sections to figure out what in the heck they were saying.

Ah, misfortune. I can't share my personal favorite instances of Blatant English in Anime, chiefly because they're both fairly obscene, but secondarily because they're no longer on YouTube for some reason. Still, I'll name drop them in hopes someone else manages to find them in their spare time.
The Legend of Black Heaven: A Japanese rock musician travels to America and accidentally prods a lobster in a tank, having it snap its claws down on his fingers, which he quickly withdraws, holding them up in pain. As is often the case in these social situations, a passing heavy-set Black man in a pink muscle shirt takes him as giving him the Finger, and proceeds to cuss him out in surprisingly well written English, excepting that no Black person I've ever met talked with such a high voice.
Samurai Champloo: Admiral Abner Doubleday, pushy American and avid Baseball fan, invades Japan. It has to be seen to be believed folks.
Godspeed on tracking either of these down, gentlemen.

These aren't anime, but this scene from Magiranger was pretty hilarious:

And of course my favorite use of English has to be from Tendou in Kabuto (who was raised in Switzerland and is bilingual):

ST2M: LOL GaoGaiGar. Also Texas Mack. Speaking Japanese with an American accent is hilarious.
Nate: Both of those were awesome.

Mary sounds like she's speaking English with a Hispanic accent in the Japanese version. They did the best job in the Korean version
Italian version easily beats all of them as very hilarity goes. XD

A great, very profane scene happens in Excel Saga at one point, when she and Hyatt are transported to some inner-city ghetto in America. She starts blurting off random stuff like. "What's up. I am Excel. You are dog." And... just kinda goes with it XD.
Another of my favorites is a relatively new title which shall not be named here due to the series prior incarnations being DnD is... hysterical. Most people with at least a basic understanding of Japanese will be able to understand this character speaking better when watching the show in Japanese. If I remember correctly, he just blurts off a bunch of participles. "And...like like. The. Oh, yes, it arrive afternoon. of! " ... It's pretty bad.
