baccano is tv-ma

So why is the dvd of baccano rated tv-ma, probably justy for violence but is there anything else to support this rating

Baccano is really, really violent. I never doubted that the dvds would get anything less than TV-MA from Funimation who tends to rate things conservatively anyhow.
I wouldn't recommend the show to anyone who is squeamish and I'll leave it at that...

Unless they spiced up the language, the pulp fiction levels of violence would be why it got TV-MA. To give a hint of how violent, me and another person went back and counted how many fingers were removed on screen during the course of the show.

Yep, Rail Tracer is one violent dude. No way Baccano could get a TV-14! mechana2015, just how many fingers were cut off on screen during all 14 episodes of Baccano?

There's also some language, but the MA is definately for the violence.
