Astro Boy CGI Movie, coming out 2009!

I've only ever watched one episode of Astro Boy on Hulu.com. I wasn't impressed one little bit. And yet, when I saw this short little teaser trailer, I got excited about it! For some reason this little short clip got me looking forward to seeing it.
I'm thinking it's a collaboration of three things. 1. Astro Boy does some awesome stuff during the trailer. 2. The music. It's the kind of adventurous, dynamic, hero type of music I love. 3. The voice talents. The fact that they got such well known people in there makes me think they're putting a lot into this film. I mean, Nicholas Cage! Come on, people!
So I eagerly await the release of Astro Boy in 2009. For once I am sure that an anime-related film is being released that will cater to EVERYONE and will bring the whole genre of anime to a new level of popularity. I, of course, am twiddling my thumbs in the anticipation of Astro Boy paving the way for a CGI Megaman Classic movie.
