CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

I think this has been done before, but might as well post again with a diffrent spin.

This can be anything... weapons, powers, circumstances...

As for me... I was watching the last episode of "Azumanga Daioh" a few nights ago... and watching "Azumanga Daioh: The Really Short Movie" again... and it brought up something I've thought about for most of the series...

If I could have anything from anime... I think what I'd most like would be a group of friends like the Azumanga Daioh girls. I mean... they have their odds with each other, but they mostly... are just a group of great friends who stick by each other... Fun friends who always have each other. It's a very simple thing... nothing magical or powerful... it's not like having a Cross Punisher or Sailor Moon transformative abilities... but... it's something that I'm jealous of...

When I was in high school, I was an outsider. In college, I was a loner. I am still a loner. I don't have a group of friends that I hang out with... at least not in person. (I have places I hang out online and people I know... and I sort of got to have this "buddy experience" when I met many of my online friends at Anime Expo this past summer, but... we all live in diffrent states, diffrent parts of the country, so at the end, we all had to return to our homes, seperating, and going back to hanging out only online

I feel sad that... I didn't have a "group" in high school... I would have really loved to have a crew of friends like the AzD girls... I'd love to have that now. It's just.. such a sweet, fun, beautiful thing.

LOL, I don't really know of anything in anime that I would particularly want. . .except the ability of most anime characters to travel as they wish and not worry about the consequences or finances. ^^ Such freedom would be great.

Kenshin's swordsmanship abilities.

An interstellar space ship (just about any series)

Van's draconian wings would be really cool, but I guess id need a good supply of t-shirts they way they tear through his all the time >_<

Does bishies count? I'll sure love to have them.

I think I'll go with Chris as well, Kenshin's swordsmanship, which allows him to protect others. The other thing I would like is the ability to heal, something like that gal in Flame of Recca. ^^

There are quite a few things that I would like from anime:

G Gundam-The Dark Gundam, or Gundam Maxter

Dragon Ball Z-Cell's regenerative abilities, and/or the nigh-unlimited potential for increasing in strength, speed, and power possessed by the saiyans, along with the fact that they automatically increase in strength after sustaining injuries (flight wouldn't be bad either)

Kenshin-Kenshin's swordsmanship abilities, or Anji's techniques

If I had to choose one, it would definitely be the DBZ stuff. Say what you want about the quality of the anime; but the characters definitely have some of the most over-the-top powers in any anime series.

The ability to cut to another scene when things start getting out of hand.

Ah... I could have guessed that most everyone else would want things like powers and weapons. All little' ol' me wants is a simple group of goofy friends. Oh.. and Iromote Mountain Cat for a pet wouldn't be bad, either.

I'd like to have an angel, as in an Angelic Layer angel (not the real thing).

I would also like a mech, but I'd prefer a magically-oriented mech, like Hikaru's from Magic Knight Rayearth. Though Escaflowne would be cool too, a mech and a dragon in one.

I would want one of those gloves from Magic Knight Rayearth...I could carry all my school stuff in it and not have to wear a backpack

I suppose I would like to have Kenshin's group as my friends. In fact, it would be nice to have them as my suite mates rather than the drunken morons I have now.

Then again, most anime characters are too one-dimensional to make good friends.

I wish I had ... an exciting adventure to go on, y'know, general run-of-the-mill save the world stuff. The ability to make flowers pop out of my head to show what kind of mood I'm in would be fun.

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!! Does my anime count?? If so I want all the abilitys that my character off of Gemini Apacalypse has. But if you think about it the two ultimate powers in this physical world is the power of ultimate knowledge because you would know ahead of time who will come across great power and the power to control time for aparent reasons. IF you think about it you will agree.

Hhmmmm...I have thought about this before. I would love to have a nice anime girl . I mean some of them are pretty even though they're animated.

Secondly...the powers of a half-saiyan half-earthling from DBZ. I mean it would be so awesome to fly and have a good lookin body along with cool and crazy hairdos

Hey, an anime is an anime. If you want it, you can have it. (Well, we can dream about having it. )

Well... Let me think...
I guess it'd be cool to have some wildly colored hair and STILL look hot with my ripped muscles and all that... Not to mention walking around with a huge 'ol sword (that I know all about, including history and special usage) that I can whip out on anyone with only a finger wag for punishment!
...and maybe one of them anime girls. If only they looked that way in life without looking too wierd...(no, I'm not a drooling fool for an animated, non-existant person...)

That dream reading thing in Love Hina... Gotta wonder how it does it when they're awake! Actually, the dream recording thing in Final Fantasy: Spirits within is better. I'm making a story with something similar that actually interprets all brain activity into sound and visual output. Of course, in my story, it's going to cause a lot of problems (I mean, it's a story, it has to cause problems)

Other than that? I'd love to have those capsule cars/houses/etc in Dragonball...
