CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Ok, I normally don't post these kids of threads, but I cannot remember what epi. of Ghost in the Shell (SAC, or 2nd GIG) this is. The very start of the episode involves a man chasing a woman down a dark alley, the man confronts her with a gun, and one of them gets shot. After this a subway goes by behind a fence in the end of alley, any idea what episode this is. I think is from 2nd GIG. Please help me!

Ghost in the Shell: SAC 2nd GIG ep. 10 called trial.

Togusa was the one that confronts the guy chasing the woman down a the alley .
The man shots the women and kills her and Togusa fire his gun at the man.

Togusa goes to trial for firing his gun, when he was off duty.
