The title practicly speaks for itself. What moment did you think was the most *sad, funny or feel good* scene in anime?

Osaka Note: Guys, please use spoiler tags. Keep in mind the golden rule. I, personally, am crushed when I read spoilers for a series I really want to see. For people like me, please place ALL your spoilers within spoiler tags.

For those who don't know how to use spoiler tags, just place the spoiler information between these tags:

[*spoiler]put all the stuff you don't want people who haven't seen the series to see.[*/spoiler]

Except you MUST remove the *.
When Kenshin says that he will be wandering again, and Kaoru Cries; Also when he tells Kaoru that he is home upon return.
Two eps. of Cowboy Bebop - the finale and Waltz for Venus. Amazing eps, with perfect animation cinematography, music, character development, wonderful script-writing. Bebop - I know it's kind of an obsession here with many CAA'ers, but there is good reason.

When
Roy is killed in Silent Mobius
.

Osaka Note: You know better than to place a spoiler that big on the boards without spoiler tags. Please, consider the feelings of others.

Ooo, both of those are great! :D

Also...

Air:
"Mama!" and "Goal!", the former being my favorite of the two.
Cowboy Bebop:
"Bang..." I know, I know, everyone will probably use this, but it IS a great scene, after all. XD
Full Moon wo Sagashite:
Takuto loses his memories, and Meroko, instead of letting him forget about who Mitsuki is, tells him about her, rather than using that opportunity for herself. Also, pretty much the entire "Love Chronicle" scene. Amazing. XD
I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them now. XD I'll add them later, as they come to me. XD

I think the first time
RockMan gets deleted when his data slowly fades away then he's gone a small pause then outa nowhere "ROCKMAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!"
Osaka note: When you're posting something that could change another member's viewing experience, please place them in spoiler tags.

The scene where
Setsuna's ghost is seen in Grave of the Fireflies for me.
I really got choked up there.

Osaka Note: This would definitely be considered a spoiler. I have hidden it with spoiler tags. Please, think more carefully in the future and use spoiler tags.

The final sequence in Cowboy Bebop, when...
Spike takes his final leave and soars off towards Vicious' complex, leaving Faye and Jet to their own thoughts. And, of course, when he collapses on the stairway. Great stuff - I second Kokhiri on the cinematography. Sure, it's kicking a dead horse, but Bebop rocks, darn it. How can you have a conversation about anime without mentioning it?
sorry, Osaka. I assumed everyone knows what happens in that anime.

i though samurai champloo's ending was pretty good. at least it ended hapily (might've been the cheerful song at the end, San Francisco)...

I understand. Just try to err on the side of caution. Sometimes, you can use spoiler tags even if you think most people who know about what you're about to say. :)

If I recall correctly, the finale of Samurai Champloo was a three-parter. I don't remember which of the specific episodes of the ending these are from, but my favorite parts are:
the entire scene when the trio camps out and talks by the fire, including the part later that night when Fuu and Jin have a heart-to-heart of sorts; the part where Mugen and (primarily) Jin fight the samurai at the docks; when Mugen rescues Fuu; when Fuu finally meets her father; and the ending scene where their group disbands and it shows them individually wandering during the credits.
yes. the ending of the series was very good because it had a happy ending. i liked how it showed them wandering during the credits.

Various parts in Full Metal Alchemist were emotional.

The part in Scrapped Princess when...
Forces stabs Pacifica and then himself
In Black Cat, when they show Creed's past and why he is the way he is.

Train's past was sad too, but look what became of Train; he got to be happy, have friends, and all. Look at Creed; his thinking becomes so warped that he can't even recognize who are his friends and who are his pawns. He's given up on being happy in any other way than creating his own place to be happy.
I just found the part with Creed's past to be more emotional. ;) Y'know, the sad music and the scene in which the flashback to his past takes place...

i suppose it would be logical to consider Creed's past, when thinking about the anime. as for the manga, his past is not touched upon as much...

Mm, I thought they were kinda the same in the anime and the manga(just one short scene each). But I was thinking of the anime, not the manga.
