Which anime pirate girl would win in a naval battle?

Faris is final fantasy 5 my friend =p

And Locke (FF6) can be considered a pirate (He's a theif)

I edited the poll to reflect that.

Anyway, since I posted here I may as well throw in a vote for Faris. No real reason.

Aren't the people from Castle in the Sky air pirates? So, wouldn't asking if they would win a naval battle be illogical?
Although, if you are including video games and air pirates, you should include Aika and Fina from Skies of Arcadia.

I demand Nami and Robin be in the polls! Although, Robin would most likely be the one to win. She just takes a look at everyone and "Clutch!!"

After the sickening sound of bones being snapped subsides, we have only one still standing. XD

Robin can. Her arms pop out of all over Farris' body, grab her limbs and twist everything backwards. Yeah, painful. o.o

I agree. Mama kicks your butt. And she has experience on her side.

I take it none of you have ever seen Robin before... she makes hands that appear on people's bodies and strangles them. Once she sees the person, she can do whatever she wants. =p

Sure, there may be other more "awesome" ones (like Mama =p ), but being that is about "who would win," I don't see these others being able to do anything to Robin. I'm not saying as a "fanboy," I'm just saying that unless her opponent can turn into something (like some kind of liquid), they most likely cannot win. =|

Maybe if they got lucky and shot her from a distance, but that's only if done before she can see them. >.>

I voted for Shura just because of the Rurouni Kenshin link.

I voted for Mama, just because I can see her taking people out. XD And Myoti, "Robin" isn't an option on the polls. So...that's why none of us would vote for her. XD;

Well she should be. This IS about female pirates, right? Why not have a few more selections? =p

For the heck of it, I was going to suggest including the gals from Outlaw Star as well till I remembered that they aren't 'pirates.' >.>

I know I said that I voted for no particular reason, and that is true, but I'm now going to argue for it and thus prove that you can debate any position regardless of if you believe it.

But Faris is from an RPG. Therefore all attacks are reduced to doing HP damage. And, for that matter, if FFV's rules apply, make Faris Bare class with Knight's Block and Monk's Counter-Attack. Block cancels all physical attacks regardless of if it makes any sense and Counter-Attack would just keep working.

Faris, for her part, has EXP on hers. Large numbers of it, depending where you are in the game.

Tell me, Myoti, is Robin omnipotent in One Piece? I seem to remember her having trouble with opponents, and not even being the strongest member of the Straw Hat crew. Just pointing out it isn't that simple.

True. As I said, certain people (such as ones that can't transform and such) would be invulnerable to techniques, and strong enough people could possibly hold off on the strangling (though after, how they would actually BEAT Robin would still be an issue).

I've never heard of Robin but if she is indeed a pirate (and a girl... SORRY LOCKE!) she can be added to the poll if UC would be kind enough to edit it.

She has the ability to make any body part (typically hands) "bloom" out of whatever she pleases, including on other people (which she usually uses her hands to strangleher opponent/bend them back and snap their backs).

Nope. Ribbons are equipped. And you can't "steal" any equipped items... Unless you're a Like-Like. But they only steal shields and non-kokiri tunics.
