Also, we have a "Reviews" section at the top of the page. Click on "Reviews" and it will take you to a list of all the anime we have reviewed complete with objectionable content, and age recommendation. Cowboy Bebop, the series and the movie, are both in our review database.

Please check to see if the series you're asking about has been reviewed before making a thread like this.

Yeah, no offense, but thread after thread asking if series X or Y is appropriate for ages 13+ gets old.

Well, they are pretty accurate, believe it or not. Bebop is not a show for kids. The cut version on AS has a little less content than the review points out (though there is still objectionable content, don't get me wrong), but if you buy the DVDs (which are uncut), you will find content that I doubt you're ready to see, and that I highly doubt your parents would like you to own. Give it a few years, I'd say. Wait until you're 15 or 16 before you decide to delve into that series.

Yea i think i would echo what Radical Dreamer mentioned. there is some content issues (mostly Faye and the shemale person) I loved the show but I don't agree with the 13 + rating it got I say also 15+

Trigun is far less violent the Bebop (IMO) and it also has less of everything else (Sex, Language etc) but i think i might ok that for the 13 and up crowd.

Trigun DOES have violence, alcohol usage and language issues, but the violence is there for a reason (at least, in my opinion).

i would say 13 is an ok age for Trigun. i mean yes it still has its blood and laguage and stuff like that but its not near as bad as some of the other shows you have metioned before. not to mention the main character makes it a point to try and not kill anyone.

The rating is the reviewer's opinion, what they put down. It's probably better to look through the content information more than the age rating--those are really hard to judge, anyway. x.x;

*having problems with that for Princess Tutu*
