Actually, this has been in the planning for a little over 6 months. They have now settled on the actress who will play Kyoko. Aparently, they are looking for a new unknown actor to star as Godai. I'm looking forward to seeing how this will turn out. They are evidently focusing on making this a hit (unlike the live action movie) from the get go.
