Hmm... There are quite a few that I know, so I'll name a few! XD

1. Sanbun no Ichi no Junjou na Kanjou - Rurouni Kenshin
2. Wild Flowers - Zoids:Chaotic Century
3. Invoke - Gundam Seed
4. Haruka Kanata - Naruto
5. GO! (Fighting Dreamers) - Naruto

So there you go! Hope that helps! ^^
"That's some good advice. Maybe I should write that down, frame it, and stick it up on my wall." - Colonel Karl Lichen Schubaltz (Zoids: Chaotic Century)

"I am a flower quickly fading
Here today and gone tomorrow
A wave tossed in the ocean
A vapor in the wind
Still You hear me when I'm calling
Lord, You catch me when I'm falling
And You've told me who I am
I am Yours, I am Yours" - Casting Crowns ("Who Am I")

Loosey, from Bakuretsu Tenshi. I don't reccommend the anime, but that song is quite fast-paced.

Also, Hanbun/Half, from Rurouni Kenshin.

Tori no Uta, from Air.

Innocent Starter, from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.

4th Avenue Cafe, from Rurouni Kenshin.

Angelus, from InuYasha.

Inner Universe and Rise, both from Ghost in the Shell.

Blaze, from Tsubasa Chronicle.

Eternal Blaze, from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.

Heart of Sword, from Rurouni Kenshin.

There's about a thousand more I could reccommend, I'm sure, but I can only think of those for now. XD Hope you enjoy them, if you hear them! :D

great songs guys. here are some of the ones that i've already got:

fullmetal alchemist: ready, steady, go! and rewrite!
eyeshield 21: be a survivor
bleach: astericks and D-technolife
naruto: GO! and haruka kanata
hajime no ippo: under star
hunter x hunter: ohayou, believe in tommorrow, and pray
samurai champloo: battle cry, san francisco

i know, some of these songs aren't fast paced and stuff but i still like them.
but anyways, i'm looking more for an anime song that not only has fast background music, but also the singer is singing fast too. one good example of this would be, fullmetal alchemist: rewrite. anyways, thanks for all the suggestions.

I second "Through the Night" from Outlaw Star and "Ready Steady Go" from Fullmetal Alchemist. I also really liked "Heart of Sword" from Rurouni Kenshin, but I got kinda grossed out after seeing the guy that sings it. (no offense to anyone)

Cloud Age Symphony (Last Exile opening theme).

Actually, just about anything off the Last Exile OST CD or the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex CD rocks, although not all of them are fast.
