Well, it's almost here, and ANN already has several of the English voice actors posted.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=872
According to the list above, Takuto will be played by Jefferey Watson (what, no Kirby Morrow?),
Meroko will be played by Leda Davies,
Mitsuki will be played by Katie Rowan,
Madoka will be played by Carol-Anne Day,
Dr. Wakaouji will be played by Gerrick Winston,
Eichi will be played by Graden Gant,
Ooshige will be played by Kris Rundle,
and Mitsuki's grandma will be played by Maureen Jones.
I personally haven't heard of any of the aforementioned VA's, but I'm hoping they'll all do a good job with their respective parts. I'm a little dissapointed that Kirby Morrow isn't voicing Takuto...I've always thought he'd be perfect for that part!
Anyways, here's hoping for a wonderful Full Moon dub (if not, then here's hoping for a dual-language disc. XD)!

...Did I miss something? O___o Isn't it already out?
Anyway, this is pretty cool...Though I've never heard of any of the VA's ^^;;
That could either be a good thing, or a bad thing...

Actually, it's the anime that's being released in June. XD The manga has already reached volume 5.

Yeah, because in some cases, no-name actors are better than the more famous ones, but I guess this all will depend on the actors themselves. I just hope the girl who plays Mitsuki can sing well! XD

So Mitsuki gets Fancy Lala's dub? Not bad. I might be able to tolerate this.
The only voice I'm actually excited for hearing is Madoka's. Shame that I won't get the full effect for another four volumes.
I'm still buying this. Full Moon is one of the best anime ever IMO.

While none of the VAs are particularly well-known, they do have one big plus. Almost all the VAs have worked together in the past, so they should have pretty good interaction. I'm still wondering how they're going to do the music though. I would assume they would keep Myco's music, so then the question would be, how well will Myco's and Katie Rowan's voices line up? If they aren't pretty similar, it could kill the whole series. But I still have high hopes because Full Moon is an awesome show.

I agree, the music is an incredibly important aspect of this show, and if it's not done right, it could really kill it. Hopefully, they'll use Changin' My Life's music, but translate the lyrics to English. Assuming that the translations are done well, and assuming that Katie Rowan's voice can measure up, it should be quite good. I'm curious to hear how Jeffrey Watson sounds; I want to see if he can pull off a good Takuto.

*squeals* My Full Moon wo Sagashite DVD came in the mail toda~ay!! I've yet to actually watch it (I just got home), but I'll be sure to post my opinion of the dubbed version. XD I'm so excited!!
EDIT: EEE!! They kept the songs in the original Japanese!!
At the start of episode 1, where Mitsuki is dreaming, the song "Focus" is still playing, and is sung by Changin' My Life! Later, when Mitsuki sings "New Future" to herself in her room, it's the same English VA, but she's singing the original lyrics in Japanese!
Also, the opening theme is unchanged. As for the ED, I haven't seen it yet, as I have to leave in about 5 minutes for Father's Day shopping. XD
The voices aren't bad, but they aren't spectacular. I'm hoping the VA's will grow into their characters more as they do the series. Also, they pronounce Wakaouji's name wrong..."Waka - ouji." O_o And "GREEN-ONION RAMEN!" XDD They should have stayed with Negi-Ramen, really. I'll write more on it later, but for now, I have to go. XD

I hated how they said Takuto's name. It sounded like they were saying Taco >_<;

!! I'm so surprised!! At the audition, Mitsuki's voice was still done by Myco/Changin' My Life! Then again, since many Disney movies, etc. had two voice actors per character (one to sing, one to act), it's not too strange. The only thing that seems a little odd is that she's speaking English one minute and singing Japanese the next, but I guess that's not too rare, as the same (sort of) idea was used in "Memoirs of a Geisha" (having the characters speak English, but usuing Japanese terms and honorifics).
Still though, I'm glad they've kept the songs in thier original format, that's exciting! Also, I'm glad they still have the "Don't sit too close to the TV" message. XD And everything is so...untranslated (the title, the episode titles, and the "don't sit close" message)! A-anyways, I don't really like Fuzuki, Takuto, or Meroko's voices (mainly because I absolutely LOVED the latter two subbed), but Mitsuki doesn't sound too bad. I'll probably stick with the beloved sub, but the dub doesn't annoy me TOO much.
I hated how they said Takuto's name. It sounded like they were saying Taco >_<;
D: Uhg.
I don't really mind how they said Takuto's name, since I was mainly glad they weren't saying "ta-KU-to." XD I probably would have switched straight to the sub if they had said that.

Wow, sounds cool! I'm glad that they at least TRIED to keep the original music as it looks so far. I hope the voice actors grow more into their parts as well. Keep us posted!

Ok, back again. XD One thing I'm hoping they'll change soon is the way the ED is presented...It's the same song sung by the original artist and everything, but there's no animation in the background. In the original, there would be scenes from that episode playing, or images and scenes of Mitsuki and Eichi and that kind of thing. On this version, though, there's just a bright pink background with white and yellow sparkly-things on it. It makes me feel like I was watching a Barbie movie..O_o XD I'm hoping they'll change this, though, since the background credits are relatively important in some episodes (namely, the "Eternal Snow" episode). Also, since there's a full screen of animation in the 4th ending, I'm wondering if they'll use that animation, or stay with the pink-sparkly-thing they have now. I'm hoping they'll change it, though! XD;

lol a friend warned me of this show. Shes like don't watch this....and of course I did and my conclusion was this is aimed at girls. After the first episode I felt like it was a combo of American Idol meets Sailor Moon. Oh well. Least I knew what you guys are talking about. Main character sounds like Cher when she sings. And no i'm not making fun of this series. I just wanted to chime in that an actual male knows what your talking about.

Hahaha, ok. But be aware that actual males have watched and adored this show just as much as actual females have. XD I would actually highly reccommend it; it's a whole lot more than what it seems on the surface. The main story isn't really just about a girl's dream to sing coming true, it's about suicide, regret, the will to live, sacrificing yourself for your friends, living life to the fullest, and handling grief. The characters and storyline are some of the deepest and most intriguing of any anime I've seen thus far. It's an incredible, rewarding series, so don't just write it off as a typical, shallow shoujo series; it's really not!
And it's definitely not like American Idol...Shiver!
And...Changin' My Life totally doesn't sound like Cher. XDD

If you want American Idol meets Sailor Moon, then check out Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch. I love the show, but come on, honestly, the plot isn't that deep. That's a much better analogy, methinks, than the complex shinigami-suicide-life-friendship-identity thing FMS has.
