Which characters that tend to be unpopular with other fans do you yourself
like?

*Flay Allster,Gundam Seed
*Lynn Minmei,Robotech(ok I have only read the Jack McKinney novels so far but just ordered the Remastered DVDs of vol.1 and 2 so will watch as soon as they come in)

Kagura. Yes, yes, I, too, disliked Kagura when I first watched the anime and read the first few volumes of the manga. But now-- I find her endearing, probably because I can relate to some of the things she struggles with. Furthermore, unlike so many of the Furuba characters, she seems to really want to deal with all her issues. She's brave. Like the Brave little Toaster, my other role model.

Oyamada Manta from Shaman King. D: I know very few people who admire the little guy for his loyalty - everyone's put off by his shortness. ._.

I did the same thing with Kagura. I used to hate her but now she's my favorite. Funny how that works.

Gendou Ikari. I love the guy. In fact, I loved Shinji and Asuka too.

But since we can't talk about that one...

Okina, from Rurouni Kenshin. XD Such a funny crazy old man.

Also, while I disliked her at first, I grew to like Wakamatsu Madoka quite a bit when I finished Full Moon wo Sagashite. I also liked Ooshige-san. :3

Harkuo, from Air. I've said it a thousand times, but I love the character development that takes place there. XD

And, while he may be more popular than others, I LOVE Fai D. Flowright from Tsubasa Chronicle. He's just GREAT. XD
