It's basically the same, romanzied as "Safiru" sort of like "Dimando" and "Emuroodo" and translating to, well, Sapphire, Diamond, and Emerald^^ Of course the translating varies a bit for sub to sub...

As for the guys list... WAY too many fav guys to even choose from! The girls' list was easier^^

I'll add one more on my list because of his breif role in an inside joke between me and my friends in high school - Raven from Zoids Chaotic Century. *huggles Raven* I love you!

I'm not going to split hairs over the definition of "men." These choices are based on the character design and personality, not looks alone.

Hiei (YYH) - Cranky arrogance aside, he kicks a lot of youkai behind in style
Yusuke (YYH) - Crazy as it sounds: Reckless, unpredictable trouble-maker who will fight for friends/loved ones even to death
Quatre (GW) - He's nice, intelligent and pretty sane for a gundam pilot
Sorata (Clamp X) - Funny, passionate, intuitive and pretty powerful (it makes me envy Arashi)
Max Sterling/Maximilian Jenius (Robotech/Macross) - Nice humble guy, outstanding pilot, cool points for marrying Miriya
Soujiro Seta (RK) - Love the innocent-hearted killer behind the smiling face
Saitou Hajime (RK) - Cool, dangerous and mysterious. Enough said.
Kenshin Himura (RK)- After watching the OVAs, I have more respect and admiration for him.
Saber Rider (SR&SS)- The British Accent, the swordfighting, the horse, leadership, not to mention good-looking

I think I like Roy Mustang (FMA) but I'm not really sure. I need to watch more of the anime or read more of the manga.
