What Anime/Manga Characters Would You Want As Friends?

OK, I was thinking, we have threads about what anime character you'd want to marry and have crushes on, but what about who you'd want as strictly platonic friends? Here are my picks:
Sailor Moon-all the Inner Scouts/Senshi, and probably most of the Outer Scouts/Senshi as well
Peach Girl-Momo, of course!
Chance Pop Session-all of the R3 girls
Miracle Girls-Mika
Zodiac P.I.-Lili
The World Exists For Me-Sekai
Cyber Idol Mink-all the Minkle girls
Tokyo Mew Mew-maybe Ichigo and Retasu?
Wedding Peach-perhaps Momoko and Scarlet?
Nana-Nana Omatsu(?), the one who's not the rocker chick
CardCaptor Sakura-Sakura and Tomoyo
Kamikaze Girls-Momoko and maybe Ichigo too
Revolutionary Girl Utena-Utena, Anthy, and maybe Wakaba*

I know this is on the DND list, so if we're not allowing to mention those anime in passing on lists, I'll gladly edit it out. :)

Interesting question. No one is coming to mind immediately, actually. Just because I think a character is cool or well-written doesn't mean I would want to be around them. After a moment's thought... Ishikawa and the Major from Ghost in the Shell, because I think they could carry an intelligent conversation.

How could I not mention the crazy but lovable characters from Hamtaro? :lol: (The humans, not the hamsters. Okay, maybe the hamsters too -- providing they don't drive my allergies crazy. ^_^ )

Hana, Uo, and Tohru- Fruits Basket!
They would be so cool to hang out! Plus, they really are devoted and loyal to their friends which is a great characteristic.
Sakura, Tomoyo and Syaoran (CCS)- Yep, just call me big sister ♥
Momiji (from Fruits Basket as well)! He's so adorable! He's also proved to be a wonderful friend in his relationship with Tohru.
And Raquel, Leo, and *sniff* my poor Furet- Scrapped Princess

-Blue, Toboe, Kiba, Hige, and Tsume (I like wolves and I would get along with Blue and Toboe really easily)
