http://www.adultswim.com/williams/askas/index.html for the whole thing.
Among the highlights:
- The Monday-Thursday expansion is official: Beginning March 27, AS starts at 10:30 E/P. In June, it goes to 10:00.
- AS is not giving up on anime, although they are proceeding with a little more caution.
- She acknowledges that Saturday is simply a bad ratings night.
- The subtitled project has been called off for now.
- Relations with both FUNimation and ADV are strong, and there are ongoing talks about possible new acquisitions from both.
Happy reading/discussing...

Interseting I had stopped wathing on Saturday night because they took off Inu Yasha and put on the boondock(?) I had thought all the others wern't showing new anime, I personally don't like the non-anime AS stuff except on occasion Futurerama

I dunno why Saturday night is bombing. Maybe most of the Adult Swim's viewers are the sort of people who think 12.OZ Mouse type shows are the only things worth watching...
I mean, FMA, GITS 2nd Gig, NGE, and Bebop. C'MON!!

Yeah, I was going to say something about them taken anime off on Sat night, but I wanted to make sure, before I said anything about it. Now this does sound like they will do that.
As what she said about ADV, she even posted something at ASMB that they were in negotiations with ADV for a new anime series.
Funny that she talks about Perfect Hair. I have hear that PH will get can next.

All those shows rock but you forgot about Stroker and Hoop. There is nothing more funny than......ugh, forget it. Forget the sarcasm.
I just won`t be surprised if all the anime is canned from AS.

I don't have cable, but my grandparents do. We're gonna be living with them for a little while soon. I think the anime rush may kill me or put me in a coma.
I saw someone posted that they took IY off and I was ready to die. But yay for Wednesdays!

Well I feel a bit more sympathetic toward her knowing that she's an anime fan and likes FMA.
Though I think only putting Inuyasha on once a week was their biggest mistake.
I still would love to see them show Escaflowne the series.

It actually used to be on twice on Saturdays, for a little while during the 1st season. (back when AS was just on weekends)

It didn't sound to me like they're taking anime off Saturday completely, just that all-action Saturday is gone and that they're going to split the night between anime and comedy a little more.

Based on what she said in Anime Insider a few months back, I have to wonder if that series is FUMOFFU.

Maybe, then again. They may just show anime that has been showed already. But what comedy are they going to show, I mean alot of the comedy stuff that AS shows are starting to get can.

If you have been watching AS lately they have a picture of her at her computer during a promo for a new contest.

On Suns 12AM New FMAs ... On Tues 12:30 AM Old FMAs/Wed Inu Yasha/Thur SC/Fr NGE ... Sunday no real anime - only Perfect Hair Forever a frighteningly horrible spoof on all things anime (expect no coherency or modesty. Very sick)

I want to try the contest, but I will be on the road for three days starting next sunday. I am going to my dad's for my birthday. I am looking forward to it.

Yeah, CST for you. I mostly call it Sat night, since that is the program lineup and that is the way I like it.
